Greeted by friendly staff.
Atmosphere wasn’t the greatest. Restaurant stunk like cigarettes the entire time we ate from people smoking inside the front entrance of the place.
Sat waiting at the table for a server for little longer then usual.
No fresh bread at the table, or any bread for that matter.
Appetizers were mediocre at best. Ordered Cesar salad and rice balls.
Main dishes arrived and temperature wasn’t warm enough for my liking. Sauce was bland, meatballs were cold.
Was hoping the pizza would be saving grace but to my disappointment it wasn’t.
Don’t let the hype fool you, just another mediocre Italian restaurant.

Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the ratings of this restaurant which is the main reason I picked it. The staff was friendly but the food and atmosphere left me wanting more. I had a seafood pasta with a white wine sauce. I felt the flavour/sauce was lacking and my seafood, notably the shrimp, was overcooked. Moreover, they didn't offer me or anyone at my table freshly grated cheese or ground black pepper on our pastas (we all ordered pasta as our main course). I found this to be strange. That said, the portions were generous, including the free bread. However, this bread could have been elevated a couple notches by being served warm. I hope the restaurant can use this feedback as constructive criticism if they see it. I really like supporting family restaurants and wish them the best with their new menu.

Authentic Italian cuisine - Perfect for date night
I brought my wife to the restaurant last night for our anniversary. Very impressive to say the least. The atmosphere is warm, and well lit... and the menu has an impressive selection of pasta dishes and pizza variety. My wife and I enjoyed the pizza specifically, the ingredients used seemed to be very fresh or hand made. Friendly staff, great restaurant experience. 10/10 highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great authentic Italian cuisine with someone special.

I saw them from when they were still being built and looked on as they created a wonderful restaurant. The food was amazing and delicious, the price was right. I always did take-out, but if I would dine in - the place was large and comfortable. I met both of the owners and they ensured I have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, in the recent years it felt like they were reduced to a sketchy pub - both by the "regular" homeless-looking clientele that spends a large part of their day here and by the selection - food was mainly reduced to beer and beer. I don't know if they have bounced back in the recent year, but I hope that they did - 4 stars for the benefit of the doubt.

It was my first time at Nino's tonight and I will be back for sure. The dining room and washrooms were very clean. The waitress Jessie (sorry about the spelling) was so friendly, professional and very quick service. I went with her recommendation of pizza and have zero regret! The potato pizza was very tasty. Their crust is crispy and chewy! I'm staring at their menu online and already planning my next visit. Those homemade tortellini are calling my name!

Visited Nino's with a friend for an early lunch. Place had just opened for the day and we were first and only customers throughout our meal which is why I gave a four star rating as I don't know if the calibre of service would be as good in a larger crowd. Our server Kelsey (or Kelsie) was super nice, friendly and courteous, checking on us without being annoying. The menu is varied with something for most. My friend and I both picked the Eggplant Parmesan and we both loved it. Very fresh and delicious. I will be returning here to try out other items on menu and to see what it's like at a busier time.

Nino Panino's may not look like much from the outside but once you walk in the restaurant you are immediately greeted and seated by one of the waitresses. Looking through the menu i was surprised to see so many authentic Italian classic dishes to chose from. After briefly looking through my options, i decided to go with the pesto style pasta, a personal pizza and a glass of red wine to wash it all down. The food was incredible and the staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure that i was properly being take care of. 10/10 would recommend this cozy little Italian joint, even more if you are looking to take someone special out to enjoy a romantic dinner.

I took my girlfriend out here and I must say I am extremely satisfied with my experience! The food was beyond excellent and the customer service was outstand. Quick and friendly staff. The owner introduced herself and really made sure that we had an excellent over all experience. If your looking for quality authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to be. Very pleased! If you don't stop by at least once than I don't know what your doing with your life.

Cozy little place with great wine and food. I, personally, had the penne alla vodka ... and it was delicious. Kudos to our waitress who gave my 3 year old a little Easter gift bag at the end of the night. She loved it!

We went here for my nephews first communion lunch and the food was amazing! The calamari was so awesome and the dinner was fantastic. Excellent wait staff😃. I would go there again and again!

Best pizza west of Italy! There's a guy in Vittorio Veneto who makes pizza that I would have delivered to my house here in Canada if I could. Now I have found pizza that rivals his and I can drive to get it. Magnificent!

Went out for dinner with wife & daughter had a nice pasta dish with two appetizers with a nice glass of masi and the atmosphere was perfect for a Friday night out with family , price was surprisingly good too , Happy to say we will return !

Had a great dinner with long time friends. Staff was very attentive and we all enjoyed our meals. My gnocchi was delicious! The wine suggestion was a great choice too. Will definitely return next time we are visiting Oakville.

Nice experience Ninos is one of those local neighborhood restaurants that you want to take visitors out to and enjoy what Oakville offers. Kerr village is a nice walkabout as well. we enjoyed both the homemade pizza and antipasti .... recommended !! Rick TakacsOakville

Canada's Best Caesar Mix
Hi guys,We wanted you tom know we loved what you done to the place since the last time I was there. The Caesar Salad was the "BEST" we ever eaten. The pizza's were also amazing and for the price we're going to be back for more. I only wish Lucia would have come over and said hello. Oh well, maybe next time. Call me when you can. Soccer Fundraiser dinner. We held our team fundraiser at Nino Panino's recently. The owners worked with us to create a menu to feed 85 people which was amazing!!!!! The pizza, chicken/veal parmesan, breads and pasta were all homemade and super good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to make sure everyone is having a good time! We would definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

Nino Paninos is great! They have some of the best pizza in town, and are always kind and very friendly when we come in. Amazingly enough, they even remembered us and what we ordered the last time when we came in a second time, a few weeks later. Excellent customer service!<br/><br/>I've had the small pizza with salami, which tastes just like pepperoni, and it's a nice, big portion and delicious. I have tried many pizza places in Oakville and they all seem like the same bland pizza. Nino's pizza is the best I've had here and I'll definitely be going again soon!
