Service is fantastic. You can tell that the staff care about the customers experience, and that the regulars are treated like friends. Food is exactly what you'd expect from a Whitespot: GFS/Sysco stuff heated up. It's not bad, just expensive for what it is. Great for a family, not so much for me.

It was good and staff was patient. I had to wait a long time because of a customer who was getting mad about some issue. However I noticed how calm and respectful they were when dealing with a difficult patron. The food was good and packed well.
