This was my time going to V-Nam. I don't always go for Pho, but V-Nam was quite good and tasty. It had a good tasting broth with lots of condiments on the side if you want to make it your own. I will definitely go back.
I recommend going to the restaurant if you’re comfortable. I had the spicy beef pho (which I recommend), and you can add more sauces at the table, which for a wintery day was really great to warm up your insides. Great food, had the beef peanut satay soup and it was the best I have ever had. Not a very fancy place. Tried 3 tables and they all wobbled terribly, server was nice but double checked our order three times. The food was great and for that reason I will be back.
Good Phở broth, but lacking in the meat. I asked for the tendons and tripe and could hardly find any. The service was "ok", one dish never made it to the table. Will all that said, it was tasty.
