This is our first time at Manoir Hovey. We knew it would be nice but everything surpassed our expectations. The weather was amazing which of course helped as we could lie by the pool and relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The grounds are beautiful. But most of all the food is the best - it’s fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. We haven’t had such good food in many years. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Steve and his staff in the restaurant take care of all your needs. We will return very soon. Thank you for helping to make our 30th Anniversary so special x

Ce midi excellent tartare de saumon et chips de légumes racines, création chef Wolfe. Frites mayo excellentes et dessert divin, une mousse fromage blanc, crumble,miel & verveine Oh!

Only stayed one night but could have stayed forever!!!! Room was decorated to my taste, and I'm an interior designer! Bathroom was not to be believed!!!! The view was spectacular! Food was divine and the service impeccable!!!! Would highly recommend!!!!
Stayed here with my significant other for our 10th anniversary. What a fabulous place! We had a view of the lake and the view was breath taking. I can only imagine what it would look like in the summer! The service here was spectacular. Valet service was a huge bonus with the snow on the ground. The language barrier was not an issue either. Can't wait to go back!

A walk around the manoir, snowshoeing on the lake, cocooning on the room, peaceful time on library or enjoying a nice massage, there is everything to enjoy a calm and resourceful stay.
The service is unparalleled, the food is a gastronomic dream, the grounds blend in to the amazing landscape and The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, after 11 years we feel like we're coming home when we arrive. You've not lived until you've done the chef's tasting menu and wine pairing.
Hovey Manor is still as excellent as always-al the rave reviews and popularity hasn't spoiled it!The service,the setting,the food-still so superb!
Hovey Manor is a winter-wonderland in the winter,and in the summer Lake Massawipi,the gardens and pools are an oasis.We have been privilegdged to visit during each of the 4 seasons and anytime,this is our favorite place to escape to!

C'est un endroit magique, le top au Québec. Nous nous sommes mariés au Manoir il y a 4 ans et nous y revenons régulièrement. La suite Massawipi est magnifique.
My husband surprised me with a magical 2 day and 1 night stay in a private cottage as we passed through Quebec City on our way to Montreal. A definite Relais Chateaux " farm to table" experience. We enjoyed our bungalow, butler service, views of the lake and plentiful herb and floral gardens. We will need a return trip to do bike rides, nature hikes, kayak, pool, and tennis. Dinner is intimate with a playful sommelier! Thank you for sharing this intimate and historical piece of heaven with us. It lives in our hearts moving forward. Love, #TheJaNic

Le tap room très cozy. Burger de cerf succulent et le personnel très accueillant.
Nous sommes venus pour le thé et nous avons adoré. En plus, nous étions assis à côté de Bill & Hillary Clinton, l'expérience était donc entière !
