Review Tim Hortons - North Bay

I love Tim Hortons but hate the Trout Lake location. We've gone there daily for the last 6 years The waits are consistently long (15-30min drive-thru). The service inside is no better. If you order online you roll the dice. It will either be fast or they will completely forget about your order and you'll be forced to wait 5-15 minutes while they make it making the app and mobile ordering completely useless. If you order something and they don't have it they'll just subsitute it with a lesser, cheaper, product without telling you until you're at the window and/or already paid. Egg shells in your food, sure why not! All of that being said, the employees seem over worked, under paid, and completely burnt out. However, the last 3 times I've gone I can't even drink the coffee because it's just coffee grounds (3 consecutive days). Go somewhere else. Avoid the Trout Lake Tim Hortons, actually avoid the Tim Hortons locations owned by this owner all together. The bar isn't set very high for Tim Hortons but some how this location consistently fails to meet the already low standards.

Terrible customer service today 1-2pm by the larger gentleman who works at the cash register. He grabbed/threw money at my cousin, was very rushed with the customers then I waited over 20 mins for my Latte, he asked me what I was waiting for and then turned around and started swearing out loud and mumbling. He then very roughly placed my latte on the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day, I'm not sure, but I've never had any customer service like this ever before at Tims here. I felt very put off by his behavior and attuite towards the other customers. As I sat to enjoy my meal, He yelled at customers and just seemed like he wasn't in the mood to work.

Never have the specialty donut, ice coffee is always warm and it’s expensive compared to McDonald’s and their ice coffee is much better. Bathroom filthy and should have paper towels for those that prefer to use part as opposed to hand blower blowing germs all over the filthy bathroom. Sink area all wet and dirty. Very disappointing!

I live around the corner and have started going to this location. I've only been during off hours but every time was good! I ordered a plain timbit for my puppy and I'm assuming because it was later at night they threw in a few extras! She was a very happy puppy

Terrible waits. No attention to inside customers. People asking for refunds in front of me because they’ve been waiting 25+ minutes for orders. Always like this. North Bay Tim Hortons, as a whole, are terrible. This one’s the worst. IMO. Unfortunately, the staff is often nice. They are just mismanaged.

This location is the same everytime I go. The blind leads the blind. First our cashier didn't understand our order or where any of it was on the POS. Why put someone on cash that knows nothing? Then I pick up my order (Not in a bag, dine-in not allowed) I proceed to take my own bag in front of me & the (maybe) manager, gives me grief, is rude about taking a bag. Maybe you should of given the bag in the first place? Poorly run, sub par product. Never return.

Ordered an icecap with a shot of chocolate, got some nasty swamp water. I have no idea what they did. Save yourself the trouble just go to one of the other locations in town. Edit: Went back to the location to see if they would correct the issue. They did! Without an issue. They have redeemed them selves. Just look at the difference between the two pictures.

Very slow service only 1 person on counter with a long line up.
