Remodel complete, tables and bins tend not to be cleaned out as often as needed , however a very busy location
This is a very good location--in a busy area, friendly staff & a good place to meet people. My one constructive criticism is that they occasionally run out of items, even ones that are on a promotion. Running out of the odd thing happens, but if it's a big national promotion, make enough product!

The recent small renovations make it more more contemporary - functionality remains about the same. The food is prepared well - and as expected.
Tim Hortons is always great excellent coffee piping hot and great breakfast sandwiches the maple bacon one is really good you should try one.
Always busy place lines tho move ok and service is usually good

We love Tim Hortons, this location in particular in North Bay is clean, drive through very accurate. Always well stocked and fresh.
The food is fresh and tasted good, and when there was a mess up on our order it was dealt with promptly by the manager on duty to our liking. Will visit again :)
