Hands down best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too! They are always so happy and genuine! I really feel the Tim Hortons experience! I will actually go out of my way just to go to this Tim Hortons! I have been to many Tim Hortons. Some with great service, some with atrocious service. For those with bad service I tend to make a point to not leave a negative review because working in the service industry is not easy. This location has not fixed their ongoing public bathroom problem. Both men's and ladies bathroom are still OUT OF ORDER! It's going on two weeks now! And seems like they don't plan on fixing the problem soon !

Workers are nice, store is clean. Yet they never have any food ready when we order. Always out of wedges, everything bagels, crispy chicken. Not even worth going to this location except for coffee only

Do not go to this Tim Hortons anymore. Many times now, order is wrong, wait times are crazy, 30 min last time to get the wrong food I no longer had time to eat anyway seeing my whole lunch was used up waiting in line for the wrong food in the end.

Honestly, I had them rated higher, but seriously, today they forgot half my order, I waited 10 minutes at the window for a coffee, and then the app didn't recognize my deal and super charged me... Typical Tim's food but rarely have the donuts you want, I guess they don't thaw out more when they run out of the most popular flavors

I found the place to be very dirty, bathrooms were not properly kept clean. Food was good though
