Review Mr.sub - North Bay

Very swift service! I come here for lunch at times and it's always busy, but the line moves quick because all staff seem to work together effectively. The sandwiches are always hot and fresh. The veggies always look fresh. The Meatless meatballs are pretty great!

Enjoyed my Buffalo Chicken Sub, but I didn't leave with a good feeling about it. Why? I went to use the washroom and I honestly didn't want to touch a thing. To call that washroom dirty is an understatement. Ultimately, I didn't even make it home to Sudbury before I ended up vomiting that sub all over the side of HWY 17. Thanks for the food poisoning! You'll never catch me there again.

Very unsanitary. She was touching all the other handles and an ipad whilst making the subs. Did not change her gloves after touching things. She worked on online orders before her customers in the store. Only one employee on site. Very unsatisfactory wont be going again.

Worst customer service ever. The server she was in rush and she puts the grill on high heat, that if she puts the sub in it more than 10 seconds it burn it like a charcoal. I didn’t enjoy the sub at all.

My experience at this Mr Sub location was so horrendous that I created a google account to write this review. I was greeted by the most unfriendly staff yesterday afternoon. Both staff members working stood there miserably not even asking me for my order, and hardly saying anything while delivering the order I asked for. The man at cash did not tell me how much my order was, he simply nodded his head in the direction of the price displayed on the register. My sub wasnt the best tasting compared to usual- I am pregnant and I never stray away from my usual order/craving. It is now 7 hours after I consumed the sandwich and I am sick as a dog with food poisoning. I could actually feel myself getting sick within 4 hours of eating the sandwich and it was the only food I had consumed since 11am. It's not the first time I have experienced unfriendly staff at this location and now after falling ill with food poisoning from their food I will not be returning again. Disgusting service.

This place has employees that really put in their all to make sure you're served as soon as possible. The staff in the mornings are so friendly--and have my order ready as soon as I get to the counter! I definitely recommend coming here and enjoying a delicious fresh sub and some hot coffee. Their apple fritters are AMAZING!!!!! Go give them a try!

The bread's nice and soft, veggies seems fresh and counters are spotless. Staff is nice but SLOW. We were the only ones ordering and it took over 10 mins for 2 ppl to make 2 subs. Worst part: I ordered one of their available soups of the day. They went to the back, came back with a cream cheese container, put it through the microwave twice and voila!

We have been in here twice on visits to North Bay and yes the subs are nice and seem fresh. However, the service is beyond bad. The owners/operators don't understand what a smile is or a thank you. They are so busy trying to get you to buy more or bigger that they forget. Oh and the coffee is disgusting. I gave them a second chance but I won't be returning.
