Very swift service! I come here for lunch at times and it's always busy, but the line moves quick because all staff seem to work together effectively. The sandwiches are always hot and fresh. The veggies always look fresh. The Meatless meatballs are pretty great!

Enjoyed my Buffalo Chicken Sub, but I didn't leave with a good feeling about it. Why? I went to use the washroom and I honestly didn't want to touch a thing. Very unsanitary. She was touching all the other handles and an ipad whilst making the subs. Did not change her gloves after touching things. She worked on online orders before her customers in the store. Only one employee on site. Very unsatisfactory wont be going again.

Worst customer service ever. The server she was in rush and she puts the grill on high heat, that if she puts the sub in it more than 10 seconds it burn it like a charcoal. I didn’t enjoy the sub at all.

This place has employees that really put in their all to make sure you're served as soon as possible. We have been in here twice on visits to North Bay and yes the subs are nice and seem fresh. However, the service is beyond bad. The owners/operators don't understand what a smile is or a thank you. They are so busy trying to get you to buy more or bigger that they forget. Oh and the coffee is disgus
