Review Mr.sub - North Bay

Came here starving after arriving from New Brunswick to seasonal camp. I ordered a 12" meatless meatballs sub and the lady working notified me that it would take a bit longer to make. I agreed and she prepared my sub exactly how I ordered. I am glad I waited, it was delicious sub made way better thanks to genuine customer service and manners. If you're the lady from Mr. Sub, thank you! You made my day and the sub was 11/10! :)

Not sure whats going on but lately the customer service at that location is really failing or just very rude. Went to grab a few things seeing its a lucky 13 and grab dinner. We waited to place our orders, they have metal covers over the counters and they just throw them to the floor? We placed our orders was getting three foot long subs, two subs we normally get toasted but was told very rudely the Mr Sub area was CLOSED??? I looked online before coming, shows Open to 10pm? How did we place orders if it was close? So we couldn't get our subs toasted like normal. There was NO SIGNS to indicate they were closed, nothing in the window, nothing but a "place your order here" sign. We have been going to this lucky 13/sub place for years and I always end up tip a lot. We are regulars but that's going to change I think.

Great service. Subs are good. It's inside a Lucky 13 so you can get other munchies too. They also have delivery.

The tomatoes were shriveled up and there were black spots on them. The lettuce was brown. Walked out while the sub was being made, because I didn't feel safe eating from there. When I questioned the black tomatoes, I was told it was because of the machine they use. Which makes no sense to me.

Best subs in town their buns are so fresh people are so nice and friendly I highly recomend this restaurant
