Review Mcdonald's - North Bay

For a mcdonalds the food is pretty consistent but eventho it says lunch is suppose start at 11 you won't get served it untill 11:20. Unlike most that start the switch ten minutes to 11 they dont, so keep that in mind if you have plans

I paid roughly $10 for 2 Large fries and a Medium coke with extra ice. The fries were under proportioned and the coke had 2 ice cubes in it. We also did not get a receipt. I am very disappointed with this McDonalds, as this has happened many times before too. At least the fries were warm for a change.

I used to ❤ McDonald's McDouble meal but for some reason or another, the last handful of times that I have ate there, I have found that there is definitely something different about their burgers. I now find their burgers have a weird taste to them that totally turns me off from getting dinner from them anymore!! That being said, everything else from the customer service, to how fast and efficient the employers were tonight were all quite well.

Was very slow, was told to pull ahead and someone would be out with my latte shortly. Watched 9 cars go through i 24 mins before they came out. Sent some poor young girl to deliver it. I know it's not her fault. Management needs to do better to keep things flowing. I recommend avoiding this restaurant until they figure out how to manage it properly.

Every single time I order they always forget something. A lot of the times it's the dipping sauce. I'll even order extra dipping sauce in hopes of reminding them but apparently they don't actually read the orders and those get forgotten as well.

Horrible. Extremely slow. 10 mins for a big mac meal. Had to ask for ketchup 3 times and the girl refused to give me any unless she could directly put it into the bag herself. You'd think the pandemic was still a thing at this location. Fries were cold too and refused to give me my pop till order was served. Absolutely horrible I'd give 0 stars if i could.

Couldn't get me a coffee frappe with my meal so got an iced tea instead. The cup was 3/4 full with no ice. The man at the window was very rude and more interesting in talking with his buddy then getting my food. Fries were cold. Chicken burgers were soggy. Avoid the McDonald's here at all costs. Try Wendy's or A&W up the road.

This location has slowly been going down hill for many years. They constantly get orders wrong in the drive thru, when you go in to have them corrected they still get your order wrong.. and the staff is nearly impossible to deal with. It's a McDonald's so your expectations should already be low, but this location in particular is probably the worst in North Bay. Update: We got our names put in the books for a free meal for this incident after calling the location and speaking with a manager. She asked us to give them another chance and we agreed. However, we decided to go back this weekend to get drinks through the drive thru. Instead of being served, we sat in the second drive thru at the window waiting for someone to come back to take our order after their new automated message.. no one came back after 6+ mins. Instead they took 5 other orders in the first drive thru.. So we didn't order anything. Went in to speak with a manager and now I full understand why this stuff is happening.. the manager was great and helpful, but I will likely still avoid this location for a while until the new owner and staff get this location in order.
