Walked in. No customers waiting at all. Just me. Asked for a Chicken Sandwich meal, was told it would be a 20 minute wait! Are they killing, plucking, butchering, breading, and cooking each chicken on a per customer basis? 20 mins is a brutal wait time for a chicken sandwich when no one else is there. Boo.

You will get 5 stars when I can order mashed potatoes, better quality coleslaw and normal looking cuts of chicken that didn't get cut by a wood chipper.

I don’t think they are using all the spices any more as there is no taste to the chicken.we ordered the variety pack . The original recipe tenders were good, but the regulator chicken was undercooked & fatty. Instead of 2 ind. coleslaw we got 2 more ind. French fries PLUS a large French fries?? Not the first time things weren’t right with our order. Ready to give up on ordering from there. ☹️😩

Disappointed! 1/4 of the order missing… old stale fries and nobody picking up the phone to even rectify the issue! Won’t be ordering here again and we paid over $100 for our order… (or what we received.. that wasn’t missing)!

Just ordered the chicken bucket meal, and there was a weird smell coming from the bucket, I tasted the chicken and it was disgusting did not taste like normal KFC, I tried calling to see what the issue was or if I could get a refund, and nobody answered the phone. Terrible place don’t eat here you may get sick.

Every time I order from here something is missing. I called to complain and was told “yes, I knew about the missing gravy but you’ll have to contact Skip for a refund”. Seriously? Never again. 2 items missing this time and I have to deal with the delivery company for their mistake.

The cost is crazy...especially when you consider how they've recently cut the "pieces" even smaller...honestly can't wait for Popeyes to run these guys outta business
