Review Mr.sub - North Bay

Went to eat with my daughter and girlfriend with my new $60 gift card. They made our subs and when I went to pay the girl at the cash told me they can't use it. (ends up she was new and wasn't taught how to make gift card payments, there was another employee there that didn't want to help the new girl so we had other way to pay) Instead of being nice and giving us our subs for free since they were closing in minutes anyways, they threw them out and we had to starve. I was really mad because my 1 year old daughter is starving as well. I punched their wall right in front of them to show my appreciation and I was out of that place. Seen a few security guards on my way out.

Grabbed a breaded chicken sandwich and after taking the rudeness from the staff which I think may have been the manager (very cranky) then gave me what seemed like a raw breaded chicken. I had 2 bites, knew something was wrong and threw it out. After the attitude I received at order I wasn't going to bother going back and discuss it My only regret was not taking a picture of the chicken sandwich

A good alternative to fried fast food. Quick service. Good choice of breads and wraps. This is also a good option if you're heading for a bus trip from the bus station that's located just outside of the entrance by the Mr. Sub.

I actually look forward to heading over to see the ladies at mr.sub in the North gate shopping mall.. they are always super friendly.My wife and I love the banter back n forth lol.. keep up the great job girls your the best!!

Great service today!!! Staff was very patient when I had my 3 kids ordering, not like other days. What a difference when it's different staff. Thank you 😁

Stale bread, not what you want from a business that makes sandwiches. Service was pleasant so that's where they gained 2 stars.
