Review Subway - North Bay

Under the old ownership this was a favourite location. Since new ownership this location is complete garbage. I will not step foot in the door again, new owner and staff are so tight and cheap you have to beg for more toppings, I was not even given the basic toppings subway allows for. Tuna is a watery mess and totally gross sopping mess of liquid. They have destroyed a good location, and destroying the chain while they're at it. Throughly unimpressed how subway allows their restaurants to be run in this manner.

Absolutely disgusting since the new ownership! They water down everything, the soup is watered down, the tuna you usually get with an ice cream scoop on your sub is served with a ladle it's so gross and watery, this way they cut the costs down and the customer service has taken a dump! Youre going to argue about a customer wanting more than 6 slices of cucumber on a VEGGIE sub. Come on now??!!I'll never go back and suggest people save their money!

Placed two orders in one evening through skip-the-dishes, both were wrong. First order was just straight up someone else's order, not at all what we ordered;, second one, the sub was correct, but they forgot the cookie. Again. Super disappointed. The whole job is to get the order right!

Bad service went there today guy didn't even ask if my order was separate from my mom's then paid for both didn't get the money put back on my card

Parked my truck after a long hard day and went in to grab something to eat !!! The worker was helping a couple so I ran for the toilet and then returned to a locked door and yup she was STILL making the couples order. Went next door to Timmies had very polite service... Guaranteed next time I stop here I will go straight to Timmies...

Freshest ingredients ordering was a breeze

I've had food poisoning here twice. It's right close to where I work, so it's convenient, but last time I went the people behind the counter were all going over an order on a cell phone that was resting where the food is prepped. What's the point of wearing plastic gloves if you're handling a cell phone while wearing them?
