Review Mcdonald's - North Bay

I just think that the staff that prepare the food could try to do better with assembling the burgers. I don't like being negative but I have ordered double burger, got a single in a double box. I do enjoy a great big Mac and a fry, but when you open the box and it looks like the burger was thrown in the box and you need to figure out how to eat it or assemble it yourself, it's not a great feeling! I know it can be better cause I've experienced it and seen it. Please take my feedback and do what you do best, make it better!!! 👍

They need too get this place in order . Was very dirty. Tables tops and chairs not clean , garbage bin inside the store was over flowing . Napkins on the floor . Exit door full of finger prints hasn't been clean in days. Thou the food was good. Fries were cold. I understand now why play area for kids was close , wouldnt let my granddaughter go in their even if it was open.

Their fries are always bad. Tastes like Mc nuggets, maybe they don't change their fryer oil often enough. For some reason the further locations always end up better for delivery and warmer too. Wouldn't recommend.

Very slow. Workers kept talking to one another, stopping to talk while doing orders. They would talk to customers they knew for a while, while I was waiting for 20 minutes. When I finally spoke up, they didn’t even finish my order, and even then, the worker got distracted again and started talking to someone else.

Got a coffee using my coffee card (free one after buying 7) and it was the worst coffee ever! And I was just mentioning to my husband how good McDonald's makes their coffee now...what a mistake!. Even though I got it free, it still basically cost me 7 coffees worth of collecting stamps for it! Sorry, but today I was not impressed, and going through the drive-thru I couldn't go back as I'm already on the road again.

Hii I’m working for skip the dishes So i came here to pick one order and i came late 10 mins so that my order will be ready but when i came here it’s not ready so i asked the employee who is working here how much time my order number will take to prepare she said it will take few minutes then I’m waiting here it will take another 12 to 15 mins and the employee asked my number i told him then he asked me show me your number as their is no other order they have and I’m already told my number to girl so I refused to show him my number and they refused to give me the order in between their manager came i told her also everything Then she said you marked collected from your app i said give me the order i will mark collected then she refused me give me the order then i said ok another skipper will come to pick the order you skipped this order for me Then i leave and remove the order from my app Then I’ll get another order from pickup and i waited here for another 10 mins and then the manager will cancel my order by seeing me I don’t no why she is working here if she is that much awful and they she also said me that whenever i came here to pickup I’ll call the another skip driver I said ok I’ll came here always and wait you cancel and then i go She said why not you will just not come. I feel she have to take retirement or the company have to fired her because she is rude i noticed earlier also she is like that so many times. I hope she will be fine soon…

Worst McDonald’s ever, they almost took 20 minutes to server a medium fries and a drink. This place is quite unhygienic and the worker serving food was not wearing gloves as well as scratching his head all the time. The drink dispenser was filthy and the fries were black. I just have to throw away them because of excessive salt.

Slow, one guy poppin' off in the lobby about how he runs the place and how he tells his GM how he's going to do things. Everyone who ordered after us waited at least 10 minutes. Wanted extra onion on all sandwiches, got no onion.
