Main reason why I wanted to make this review was how she dealt with a customer issue and that she was apologetic and helpful. it was genuine that the customer left satisfied. The store is always clean, the service is always great. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they got rid of the Pepsi soda fountain... I miss my fountain Cherry Pepsi

The Subway on Trout Lake Road is the best in the city... Staff are the friendliest I've ever seen in any chain restaurant - it's a little busier than other locations, but I think it's because of the kind customer service!
