Review Domino's Pizza - North Bay

Ordered from here for the first time and had a lovely meal. We ordered off their website and the process was fast and easy. I love how the website updates you every step of the way while they are preparing your order. We ordered the Chicken BBQ pizza and it was delicious. The chicken had great flavor and was nice and juicy. The pizza had a great cheese to topping ratio. The crust was really tasty and the dip tied everything together really nicely. This was my first experience eating at Dominos in a very very long time and I am impressed. I hope I can find the same quality at other locations in Ontario.b

Was staying in north bay for work and I called asking for the thinnest crust in a small pizza, initial the service was fine but when my pizza arrived it was not the thinnest crust I usually get and was expecting, when I called back to tell them about it the same person who took my order answered, he couldn’t make decisions and said they would call me back in 2 min. this never happened I had to call them back and the manager or owner said it was my fault for not asking for their extended crust line menu to make sure I got the one I wanted I understand mistakes can happen however I made sure to ask for the thinnest crust they had and the right thing would have been to fix the mistake. Button like terrible customer service, no sense of care for the client.

I've ordered delivery a few times now. The pizza arrives nice and hot, delivery is fast and my order is right every time. The delivery drivers are always nice and the service is great. Highly recommended.

While i understand how frustrating it can be to have a customer come in 15 mins before closing, however when you advertise that you're open until midnight, you serve until midnight. I called at 11:42pm to order a pizza and when i said for delivery, the person working informed me that they close the kitchen at 11:45pm. That being said, if you close the kitchen at 11:45pm, its safe to say that you close at 11:45pm not midnight. :-(

You'd be better off buying frozen pizza than ordering from this location. And if you still decide to do so anyways, don't expect any customer service when your order arrives and it's no where near what you expected. The owner will get on the phone just to act like a child, until she decides to hang up on you. It's pretty pathetic.

We ordered 2 pizzas and one cheese bread from the store and it was all burnt and very sour in taste. We directly called the store to talk about it and a girl named Fera she agreed that she will provide us the same pizzas and cheese bread the next day. On the next day we called them to order it they told us we are not going to provide any free pizzas we agreed for just 1 pizza. They are not even providing us back the credit for the same. Few pics are of morning where we are showing that we have not even ate anything and directly threw them into garbage.

I ordered from here and received a cheese bread with a spider on it. When I called the store the person I spoke with didn’t really seemed to care and offered me a new cheese bread which I didn’t take because I was so grossed out by the first one. This place is so gross it should be checked out by a health inspector. Definitely will never be ordering from here again.

This might be the worse dominos location I've tried. Really sloppy made pizza, over sauced to a point its barely edible without dabing it off with a napkin. Possibly some cooks are careless, with low standards of quality. Unfortunate cause I love dominos in the past.
