Review Mr. Sub - North Bay

Super disappointed because they have pretty decent ratings here on google. Decided to try them instead of subway for a change so I Ordered 2 simple subs through skip the dishes. Was super disappointed not at the quality of the ingredients and bread, but it was 100% rushed and sloppy. Pizza sub had no pizza sauce , it was cold and had too much of the other 2 sauces ordered. I specifically chose pizza sauce as an option to make sure it was on there and they still forgot it. Huge thumbs down to whoever is working afternoon shift on Friday May 1st. Subway it is!

Always delicious. Update: Food is good providing you get what you ask for. One employee ( dark hair, scruffy facial hair, looks miserable ) should not be in a customer service position. He's rude and just not helpful. I love the food but if he is working, I will go out of my way to another sub place to get what I want in a friendly and professional way. His attitude always leaves a sour taste in your mouth no matter how good the food is.

We were passing through and we love Mr Sub but this was the worst sub we ever had. The whole experience is in the bread and it was old and dry. If My friend didn’t tell him to wash his hands after he just served a previous client paying cash he wasn’t DISGUSTING and we are in COVID times

I don't like customer service, every time I go there I walk in and say "Hi, how's it going" the staff always just give you a blank stare and do not respond. Doesn't matter which staff it is anymore. I remember one staff used to be friendly but now does the same thing. SO I'm guessing its a management issue. They ALSO have the nerve to leave a tip cup out when they have poor customer service, it's always awkard ordering a sub there. I only eat their because the franchise makes sub-par sandwiches.

Good service an the buns are the freshest In town, no disappointments here, great place to fill those cravens haven't had a bad sub here yet, just tell em what you want on it an their happy to oblige you.

Best subs in town. When coming through North Bay I always make time to stop in this location, staff is nice and the owner even works nights sometimes. Not often you see a owner working the night shift, food is great and fresh..

We called to discuss about the bread being old and stale and they tried to make an excuse about how they get hard right when they come out of the oven and then said that they don't care, so we won't be going there anymore!

The female washroom was disgusting. Pink mould all the way up the toilet bowl as well as in the sink. When I asked for the Tex Mex Black Bean sub the employee had no idea what i was talking about even though its on the board and advertised on the wall.
