I was absolutely stunned by the honesty of the lady that served me. After purchasing my meal she had noticed that I was charged for something that I had not ordered, she had her supervisor check the bill and I was reimbursed. There still are honest people out there.
Never had them mess up my order. Quick service. Friendly staff. Best fast food burger money can buy.
My wife and I both had the Spicy Chicken sandwiches with salad. Hot and tasty sandwich at a very reasonable price. Love their Frosties. Their long time floor person Lucas is always so incredible with his customer service. Cleaned our table immediately, helped my wife with dispensing iced tea and checked on us several times during our meal. He has been there 19 years and is a huge part of Wendy’s great service on McKeown.
Their WiFi never works which really upsets me as they have a WiFi sign right on the wall. It doesn’t even register on my iPad. I rely on wifi when we visit North Bay. Knocked one star off for no WiFi but everything else a 10. TV just shows the time, what is the point of that?
Lucas make sure you hit 20 years which is incredible in fast food restaurants.
Probably the best Wendy's I have been to in ontario. The food tasted amazing, was hot and fresh and picture worthy.
Food is always hot and delicious. Correct portions to cost ratio. Wendy's has been my go to for quick, cost savings take-out or delivery. Excellent.
Went in yesterday and the gentleman working the floor asked me politely if i had a mask? I said I have an exemption with documentation. He was so polite and said ok. During my lunch this employee was bustin his butt and even was kind enough to do a table check with regards to quality. He also offered to take my garbage away from me. This man needs a raise and you need to hire more people with his work ethic and customer service skills and manners. Thank you for doing such a good job.
I don’t know how to explain this but this Wendy’s (that I have stopped at every time I pass through North Bay), has consistently had the best spicy chicken sandwich of any Wendy’s that I have eaten at. The bun looks perfect, the tomatoes have that field quality taste and the lettuce was green and crispy. Never miss a chance to stop here no matter what time of day!
