Review Boston Pizza - North Bay

Our server had excellent service.. He was very attentive and alert as to what our kids needed. He engaged in conversations and also offered to take our photos for us. Food was superb 👌 😋 👏 👍

The food was good. But we came here for drinks as coworkers after a long work week. We got to order a drink, and we tried to keep the drink menu but the waitress said she had to take it as she has to wipe it down to bring to other tables. Dropped our food off and didnt ask if we needed anything or another drink…never came back to ask…so our drinks after work turned into a basic dinner. We would have spent so much more money. It was super disappointing.

Minute we walked in the place smelled heavily of bleach, smelled like we just walked inside the YMCA. I ordered the pizza and it was okay, my wife had ordered the full rack of ribs with mashed potatoes. The ribs looked awful, if I knew what prison ribs would look like that’s what I’d imagine they looked like. The mashed potatoes had an awful after taste, tasted like burnt plastic. Kids had chicken tenders and fries, the fries were fine however, the chicken was so rubbery and chewy my daughter and son struggled to eat it. Don’t think I should’ve paid $100 for this meal, very disappointed overall.

Food was great and service was awesome. Our server was one of the best that I have ever had at a restaurant. Did not get his name but he made the meal experience very good. Thanks.

The food is what you expect at Boston Pizza, however there are a few new items that are delicious such as the bbq bourbon chicken pizza. Service was friendly, and the place is well kept in terms of cleanliness. If you need a quick casual bite, this is a good start.

Always a good experience but pricey for the average joe portions r good well ok but the quality 👌 is there i usually get the wings and fries the hot isnt super hot 😜
