Review Twiggs - North Bay

Great staff, clean and organized. I was there with a larger than average group, of about 11 hungry, mosquito bitten guys who had just finished our camping trip and the servers handled us like it was nothing. The food was good and served extremely fast granted it wasn’t too busy until we stepped in, the coffee was top notch. Highly recommend this location as a road trip stop.

Such a lovely place to go while you are in North Bay. Amazing place to hangout and have a freshly brewed coffee and breakfast options with friends and family. The staff is lovely, energetic and efficient🥰 Kudos to the team.

Was looking forward to a fresh coffee and toasted bagel right up till the moment the lady took my money, then took out the garbage bags, then handed me my coffee and made my bagel? I think an Ontario Health inspection officer needs to provide some much needed classes here for management and staff!

I went here yesterday morning before work and kindly let the lady know at the counter that the last time i had an cold brew i got a fruit fly in it. The lady at the counter gave big time attitude to me and looks at her co worker and says “do you want to come deal with this?” In a very rude manor and her co worker says “well it just means no one checked the cup fruit flys cant get in here”. I told them “ i wasnt expecting anything for free i was just letting you know” even though they should have given me it for free. Absolutely terrible customer service i will just back to going to tim hortons.

The service is always wonderful, and such a nice feeling space. My friends and I used to hang out there all the time on the patio. Such good times. Also the gluten free pizza is to die for.

Always amazing customer service. The patio is great for a wonderful chat with a friend and indoors is great for studying. I appreciate that they serve alcohol and have wonderful desserts. My only complaint would be that they run out of soup too fast. They even offer Milk-Bones for the puppy through the drive-thru. They pay their stuff fairly so all the stuff work above and beyond for you.

There coffee is so smooth and their classic pizza is amazing. Thin crust with pepperoni, olives, onion, green peppers. Great service too. I always drop by here when in North Bay.

I’m from out of town and had my first Twiggs experience today. I drive bus and I’ve been all over eastern Canada and the north Easter US and this is one of the best cups of “craft roasters” I’ve been to. Told them to give me their best and the lady behind the counter said the medium was her favourite. I can see why. Good cup of coffee for the 5 and a half to 6 hour drive home. I’m even taking home a pound! Thanks Twiggs! See you on the next trip!

Every time I go I'm never disappointed. The food and beverages are fantastic and the staff is friendly and efficient. Having two Twiggs locations - one across from the office and another next to my favourite baby store is dangerous to the waist line! Can't get enough of the toasted veggie sandwich and lemon squares!

A friend spoiled me yesterday with GF pizza from twiggs and let me tell ya, it was amazing!! I haven't had pizza in 9 months!! It tasted exactly the same as pizza should, it was so good!! I will be purchasing all my GF pizza through them now and finally letting myself indulge every one in a while. Thank you twiggs!!! 😍😍

I've been a few times so far and have mixed feelings. My kids love their hot chocolate and baked treats, and I enjoy the cappuccino, but the actual food has been a disappointment. Last week I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and while the broth was delicious, that's all there was! In the entire bowl, there were 5 noodles and one, only ONE tiny piece of chicken the size of a quarter. My daughter and I were very disappointed. It definitely wasn't worth the price for what was ultimately a bowl of broth.

Miss this place! Went to Canadore between 2009-2013 and lived at this place. Now as a wedding photographer, I make a trip to the Bay for the occasional wedding and ALWAYS make sure I make a stop at Twiggs. I always get a craving for a Cappuccillo! <3

I visited the New Sudbury location today and was really impressed with the atmosphere, the menu, and friendly service. Their coffee is amazing and I can't wait to try all the other options on the menu!

We have been to Twiggs in Sturgeon Falls numerous of times and have been please with the service, atmosphere and love the pizza!! Can’t wait to go back!

Great atmosphere, delicious coffee at amazing prices. Haven't tried the food yet but always looks fantastic. Nothing but great service every time I've gone. Just wish they had one in the south end too!

Their toaster needs repair, and why can't napkins come with a sandwich, which was under toasted and all bread, not much filling. We are from out of town and always liked to stop by but it sure went down hill in the past year. Coffee was good though.

First time at Twiggs today! Excellent dark roast! The service was also 5 star. We need a Twiggs in Vancouver! #Twiggs

Best place EVER period. Food is great staff are friendly. Couldnt ask for anymore.

Had a poor experience at the new Sudbury location. All the tables were dirty, waited a very long time for one hot drink and one cold drink, several people who ordered after me received drinks before mine, and when I asked about my drinks, the employee was very rude.
