It's true! all branches have different vibes. I would recommend this branch as the atmosphere is positive and everyone working here was willing to serve.
A young lady, possibly a new hire, was having difficulty understanding my request for 1/2 tsp of sugar in my cappuccino, so a young gentleman stepped in.
I found the smile cookie overbaked/dry, but maybe that's the safety standard.
The interior decor was very clean and up-to-date.
This is a great Tim Hortons. The girls there are great, always smiling and laughing. I take milk in my coffee and everywhere screwed up my coffee lots except this Tim Hortons been going there now for about 6, and they have only screwed up like 2 times. Normally, it's every other day at most of them
Clean cozy hangout place. The staff were friendly too.

Its ok location but still don't understand why tim Horton's location in Niagara region dont carry sesame seed bagels?

Coming from out of the country, this is infinitely better than any dunkin' I've been to in my entire life.
I've never had a bad coffee from there. They do not toast the outsides of English muffins. Otherwise great drive thru experience.
