This was our first time visiting Paramount. We were a party of 7, booked a table for a friend’s birthday. Had a great experience. Food was amazing, very juicy meat, portions were huge and very reasonably pricing. Lovely owners and customer service was excellent. Will definitely recommend!

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. Highly recommended.

Ok for starters I loved the servers uniforms. A t-shirt that reads, Spread Hummus not Hate. This is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed lunch apps, cappuccino and sweets to go. This is a true hidden gem in the food court at Fallsview. Cheers, Jan

Their food was delicious. The Arabic ice cream was outta the world with large potions and reasonable prices! Friendly waiter and restaurant manager. Customer service at their best! Definitely coming back again here the next time I’m at Niagara.

Food was great but service was lacking, not that they didn't make an effort. I ordered a chicken wrap was told it would take 10 mins. After 10 mins they realised they hadn't made it. Another 5 mins. Arrived on time as chef had promised. Overall satisfactory service.

We had to wait for close to 20 minutes to be seated, which wasn't bad for a Saturday evening. The service was good. Very few vegan/vegetarian options.

Terrible service. Firstly took forever to get our order taken. We ordered the full platter; when we finally got the food it was such a small portion for such an expensive price. Had to ask almost 4 times for extra pickles and other condiments. Not once did they come to ask how everything was. Would never go to this place again. Don't waste your time or money.

This is about the fourth time we've eaten here. We've never had a bad meal, or bad service. In fact three different people came to our table to ask how everything was and if we needed anything else. The food was delicious.

This was a very frustrating experience. We were excited to see the menu for this restaurant. You order your food and they bring it to your table. We ordered and we waited. After about 20 minutes, they brought us bread and hummus we ordered. Everything else came out piece-meal. I got my food and we were still waiting for my husband's food. After 10 more minutes, I asked where his food was and they said 5-7 minutes. An hour went by from when we ordered and still no food for my husband. I got up and asked for a manager. I was told he wasn't there. I was then told I didn't understand how the kitchen worked. Maybe if the manager was there, he could have managed the kitchen. The server said he could not promise when My husband's food would come out. He didn't apologize or try to do anything to remedy the situation. We asked for a refund for his food and we left, an hour and 15 minutes after we placed the order. We had to go find another place for my husband to get food. We were not the only table that experienced this while we were there. Don't go there unless you want to wait forever with no guarantee of actually getting food!

We were so excited to find this place. Avoiding chains is hard in a tourist town, but this place has great, fresh, healthy food. Friendly staff makes for a good experience and the price is reasonable. Thanks Paramount!

Food was came quickly and tasted alright. Didn’t get my drink until meal was over that’s when someone finally checked to see if everything was ok! No dessert as promised for checking into FB. Another 25mins before someone came back to check if I wanted anything else. But got my bill real fast! Definitely Not as good as other locations I’ve been to.

taste was good service is fine sometimes it's rush hours so have to be patience, servers are good attentive and good listners. portions are less than to other locations prices are high for this restaurant not specific to this location. overall I would go there again as it's better than others in quality and by the end of the day I enjoyed eating there that's what matters. cheers

Good halal middle eastern cuisine at Niagara Falls. Proper dine-in and quick take out. Good for Kids as well as they have Pizza, Manakeesh, Kebabs, Rice, French Fries. Bonus they have kids play area and activity as well.

I adore this restaurant!! Come every time I’m visiting the Fallsview. Falafel is the best I’ve had. Fell so in love with fattoush salad I learned how to make it at home!
