Roast beet and goat cheese salad, shrimp with black ink pasta and mushroom risotto with pork medallions. AMAZING and highly recommended.

Service from the owner was provided as the staff was sent home at 7 pm on a Saturday night.we ordered a bottle of Wine and was poured 3 glasses. No tasting to see if we liked it. Then food was served and he never came over to ask if we liked our meals at all. There was only one other table occupied. We were treated like an inconvenience for coming in at 7:30pm and the restaurant officially closes at 9 pm. The food was well prepared, but didn’t wow us. I liked my meal and felt the portion was very generous, my 2 companions said their meals were ok.

This was a real surprise for my husband and me! One of the best French and Mediterranean restaurants we have been in Ontario. Our first visit was for a Friday dinner, then we visited again on the next day lunch time! Daily fresh and special menu provides limited but high-quality choices. From appetizer to dessert, everything was amazing.

Stopped in for a wonderful meal while visiting for Niagara Falls Comiccon. Had the ravioli. I was intrigued by the preparation with the egg inside. It was AMAZEBALLZ! The poached pear for desert was a perfect finisher as well. I'm looking forward to my next trip to the falls so I can try more from their menu... But it will be hard to resist getting the ravioli again.

Exceptional - fresh ingredient inspired cuisine...everything is homemade. I would recommend reservations as the venue is small and intimate. The Chef purchases fresh ingredients daily for the menu...hormone and antibiotic free.

A cosy little retreat you'll seldom find anywhere in the region. The food is fresh and bursting with flavour - you can tell the chef loves food and loves sharing that passion with others. An absolute must go-to! The ambiance is gorgeous to boot.

Everything that you want from an experience at a restaurant is at the Stasha! The décor, the ambiance, the chef, the food, the service and the server ... absolutely perfect. Don't be in a hurry; just sit back and let it happen. Every different item that the four of us ordered was spectacular, most unusual combination of ingredients and flavors, combined with the perfect wine selection to enhance the experience of the entrée. And the dessert? Oh, my! You owe it to yourself to visit Bistro Stasha.

This place was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I shared both the chicken and ravioli dishes and we licked up every last morsel because it was just that delicious! The decor inside was fun and the prices were inexpensive. Would recommend to anyone who loves food!!

Awesome bistro! Great food made from scratch. Hospitable hosts! My new favourite place to dine.

Best bite in a long time.... This unassuming house across from the strip mall on Portage rd is a gate way to gourmet farm table food. This was the best bite in Niagara Falls I have had in a very long time outside of my Italian go to's . The food is approachable gourmet. The chef and owners have utilized a farm to table principal that is refreshing change here in the bounty of the Niagara Region. I had the pork cutlet with nappa cabbage and potatoes and the garden salad. I assumed just a simple salad but was surprised with baby micro greens, creamy goats cheese, beets and walnuts. The pork cutlet was seasoned perfectly ( thank you for seasoning the meat prior to breading it!) the breading was crispy and not greasy and stuffed with the prefect amount of cheese it sat on a creamy bed of mashed potatoes and nappa cabbage (slightly brinned?) with a sauce that I can't remember the name ( capers and parsley and cream) anyways. This is one of those places you want everyone to know about but are afraid you won't get a table later, get a rapport with the owners now! Liquor license next week! I'll be back..already counting down the days ..would be great to see a wine pairing at Sasha's with one of the wineries!

Amazing Little Bistro. My husband and I ate here for the first time shortly after it opened and we thought it was fantastic. It's really nice to finally find a place where a chef takes pride in what they do! A very friendly and lovely atmosphere. All of the ingredients were fresh and we would definitely recommend it to others. This is a wonderful, local gem in Niagara Falls.

I had the pleasure of going to Stasha Bistro during a weekend visit in Niagara and I am so impressed by this lovely restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and had a gourmet twist. The prices were so reasonable considering the quality and amount of food we got! My husband had the gourmet burger and is still raving about it. I had the lobster mac n' cheese which was absolutely creamy and delectable! And let me just say that my 17 month old daughter was "mmmm'ing" and "ahhhhh'ing" as she ate the delicious speciality pizza! Everything is fresh and made in house. I wish we had more places like Stasha Bistro in Windsor!!! I will def be coming back again next time I'm in town! And telling everyone I know who heads to Niagara to take a trip away from the touristy spots and try some amazing local eats!

Perfect Neighbourhood Bistro. Hello there. I would like to say that my husband and I just went to Stasha Bistro and found it wonderful. The resturant was very clean and the staff was eager to please. The food is made fresh and worth the wait. We walked over from our house , and having this in the neighbourhood is a great asset. I recommend this bistro to everyone if they are looking for a great dinner. We are tired of eating at any of the chains and the cost is about the same . My husband had the homemade pasta and shrimp and I had the chicken dinner. If I have to say anything negative it would be nice to have some rolls with dinner , other than that , this is a great place to go to.

Amazing Quality Food!!. I am a local who was curious to try something new and I'm glad that I brought my appetite. The restaurant was very inviting, clean and beautifully decorated. The food is a cross between gourmet cooking and homemade comfort food; using all fresh ingredients. This would be a perfect place for brunch, lunch or dinner, great for casual dining. The portions are generous but won't leave you feeling bloated or guilty, but if you're struggling to finish the last bite, save it for later and leave room for dessert!!. I had a poached pear with a mascarpone and pistachio stuffing drizzled in a beautiful sauce that I'm still thinking about. Overall, its definitely worth the time, the price and quality for this sort of meal is something that Niagara really lacks.

Unprofessional chef and bad food. DON'T EAT HERE!!. As a local chef I like to try new restaurants in the area... however this is one to be avoided. I went for lunch with my mother, she had an exceptionally over-salted pizza which she grinned and bared as she ate it. Then we decided to split the dessert. It was a "meringue" with chocolate mousse and strawberries. It was inedible from how dense and chewy it was. We sent it back to the kitchen only to be confronted by the chef. She angrily came at us with the returned dessert, refusing to admit that it hadn't been properly made. She walked away with the dessert and returned wielding another "meringue" which she proceeded to -try- to crush onto the table in front of my mother (it was so dense and chewy that she was unable to pull or break it apart). We were then charged for the dessert and overcharged on the salty pizza. That's one way to kill a new business guys... We will never eat there again.
