Review Boston Pizza - Niagara Falls

One of the better restaurants to visit in this tourist area at Niagara Falls. Part of the chain, Boston Pizza, the price and service was one of the better options around the vicinity. With a huge menu of food ranging from pizza, pasta, burgers/sandwiches and wings, there's something for everyone to eat during lunch or dinner. Staff, service and food were all pretty standard. Staff were very friendly with proper protocols in place to check for Proof of Vaccination and ID at the entrance. They also do ask for your preference of area between bar or dining room. Do note, this is connected to the Strike Rock N Bowl Games so it does get occasionally noisy with the games and kids. Service was pretty good and our server was very attentive and followed up with us during our experience. We ordered the Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza and Chicken Wings. The Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza was pretty decent, maybe a bit over the top with the buttermilk ranch drizzle for the finish but a nice mix of toppings. For the Chicken Wings, we ordered oven-roasted (twice baked) wings with a double order to share for the table that came with celery. There's also Fried Wings or All Meat Bites to choose from. With the double order, we were given to flavour options, which we went with Honey Garlic and Thai Chili. All the flavours tasted pretty standard and delicious.

Niagara location of Boston Pizza is fun !! Its huge and lot of space to cater . After a little wait we were seated perfectly and served on time. Food was amazing and we enjoyed the dining experiance at this location. Staff was super nice and quick to serve us. Parking your car is easy as there are two parking (P’s) at a little walking distance. Location is right next to sky wheel as easy to find. I guess every one to try this place! Yes, very much recommended!

If you can’t find a place to eat just stop by Boston Pizza. They have enough tables for a large group. Even during its peak season when Niagara is usually packed. We ordered: Spicy Perogy, Mediterranean Pizza, Tropical chicken and Spinach & Artichoke dip. Overall experience was good. My favourite was the Tropical Chicken except for the pineapples. I do not like the idea of pineapples on a pizza. The Spinach dip was okay. Not that great, but the pita bread was nice and crispy. Will visit again to try other dishes.

A very lively and happening place to go after visiting Niagara falls🤩 Yummy options available for vegetarians as well!! We had the baked 7 cheese ravioli and veggie garden pizza which was more than sufficient for 4 people. The spinach artichoke dip as starter was quite filling and cheesy. Great place for Italian cuisine lovers. The server was very friendly too.

Dined in on a holiday night ordering nachos and their new vegan BBQ crumble pizza in large. The Boston pizza and nachos serves 3 people. The nachos were okay and toppings were in great quantity. The chips did not taste like restaurant quality and were thick. The sour cream and salsa were basic. The vegan pizza did not taste good. The combination of Parmesan and mozzarella did not taste well nor digest. The next couple of hours the food gave me severe food poisoning. Be careful what you eat here. It’s a busy tourist area and the food tasted cheap. Ambience included great entertainment like the bowling and arcade view. Staff were attentive.

This restaurant is at a great location, very busy all the time . The wait time for 2 was 15 minutes which is not bad considering how busy they were . I ordered grilled wings to start with they were okay . I also tried their individual size Bourbon BBQ chicken pizza . It was delicious, the portion size is just enough for 1 . I also ordered tropical chicken pizza , it was tasty but to my taste it had too much cheese that made the pizza more greasy . Our server was helpful , took his time to explain few things to us about the area etc . Only down part is their bathroom. It was very very dirty and you can tell no one cleaned the bathroom for awhile.

Place is always buzzing and super busy and why shouldn't it. It's a sports bar in the middle of busy Clifton Hill. We waited about 30 minutes to get seated and it was smooth from there on. Server was quickly at our table and food didn't take much longer. The restrooms are stinky and not well maintained, not sure whom to blame - high foot traffic or negligence on staff's part. Anyway, we had a nice time while we were here, service and food was good and that's all that matters. Cheers.

Really disappointed. Been going to this restaurant for years. Waited a long time for our meal to arrive. Ordered chicken wings, got chicken bites. We were so hungry we didn't send it back to the kitchen, we should have. It's a tiny piece of chicken with a lot of breading. I don't get it, did the kitchen run out of wings? Why didn't our server tell the kitchen it was wrong and have the order changed before it was brought to the table? So many unanswered questions. The nachos were dry and cold, like when they're left on the counter for far too long and weren't brought to the table on time. Again, we were really hungry so we just ate them. After the meal we ordered dessert. The dirty dishes were left on the table for decoration while we had dessert. Unbelievable how this business runs short staffed, barely any servers working and my server was running between a bunch of tables. She told me she was trying to go to all the other tables (when she saw the look of disappointment on our faces) - that's not the customer's problem. That's the management's problem, and the owner's problem. So sad we'll be looking for a new place to eat at when we visit Niagara. Also, it was freezing in the restaurant, so uncomfortable, in so many ways.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Enjoyed having Spencer as our server. The food was good, our waiter was attentive and I would’ve totally given five stars had he not forgotten one of our tables drinks. :-)

I have been a Boston Pizza customer for years and have never experienced worse service and food. Our waitress once she came to our table was polite, but we sat for over 20 minutes before we were asked for our drink order. There were few people in the restaurant. It took over 1/2 hour to get out food and when we did it was terrible, cold and my wifes salad had moldy greens at the bottom and they were all soggy. My jambolia was terrible and was the worst I have ever had. This location is an embarasment to the chain.

My husband and I went there last night. Interesting place. Way bigger inside than appears from the outside. Place looked clean and spacious. We enjoyed an individual Hawaiian thin crust and a small thin crust pepperoni. Both were super delicious! We also tried a small order of buffalo wings which were kickin’ hot!!!! Drinks were good. Waiter Collin was friendly and attentive. Great job to you all. We would recommend a stop at your place to anyone visiting the Canadian Niagara area.

It is a very nice, spacious, clean restaurant with many large screen televisions for sports viewing, a centrally located bar, and it is connected to a very large game room. Our waitress was very courteous and attentive. We ordered smaller meals since we were there for lunch only. The pizzas me and my son had were first rate, and my wife had a single order of chicken wings which were quite good as well. The prices were not too bad, about what you would expect to pay for a lunch anywhere. An excellent place to dine.

Probably the second worst service I ever had. A friend and I sat at the bar before a bus of about 20 people came in and waited a long time. Bar manager came up to us and stated it would he awhile for drinks. In the time she told us that I would think she could have poured us the two draft beers we wanted. The whole group of about 20 I was with took forever to get drinks. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they really do not have it together. I understand if there is a lot of people there us a wait but I've hardly ever seen service like this

Love Boston pizza. But this one in Niagara Falls I will not go to again. Told us thee will be a 15 20 min wait when here were tons of empty booths. Odered our food and found hair on them. The washrooms were gross. The staff were not good at all.

Great to let the tweens loose in the place and food was really good. Servers and bar tenders were extremely friendly. Friendly atmosphere and fun.

We usually spend our evenings here on our trips to the falls and as always enjoy it. The wait times can be a bummer but the food and atmosphere is always great. If you want to eat at BP on the hill have a snack late afternoon and head to BP around 8pm! You will be fine. Staff, food and experience was great.

The service is absolutely horrible. Waiting forever for the server to come. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for.

Drink menu was meh but hubby got to play some games and I got to rest in the air conditioning. It was worth a visit.

Went there for lunch... what a delight.... this place is good for starter especially their wings. Fantastic pizzas and great setting with a huge playing area for kids. Last but not least they serve great lager beer.<br/>

Low quality food that makes you have regrets 1/3 of the way through. Their cheesy spaghetti and meatball entree was just covered in grated cheddar cheese. Neither my wife nor I didn’t even want to finish it. Definitely won’t go back to another Boston Pizza 🤢

Went to BP for the first time. Had their garden salad and Bandera bread. Oh so good. If I knew it was gonna be this good, would've started going a long time ago. Way better than dominos and pizza pizza. Price is a bit higher considering its on Clifton hill. But would definitely go to BP again. Most likely tomorrow. Taste was really good. The way we Indians like it, not bland!

Just like every other Boston Pizza. Food is average. Drinks are not too pricey. Extra star for the amazing customer service. Fried chicken sandwich is what I recommend over any of their pizzas or pastas (funny coz its Boston 'Pizza')

Food was great!!!! I have to say that first because the rest of the experience was not the best. The place is just way too busy and the wait far too long. It's very very loud here and you can't have a conversation easily. But dat food doe.

Our second visit to BP Clifton Hill! The new summer addition to the menu Mediterranean Flatbread was a dream come true! I always wanted the Mediterranean ingredients in a lighter version. They have Mediterranean pasta and Mediterranean pizza...Both taste divine, but they are too heavy for a single person. I was amazed to see the same Mediterranean things on a flatbread. It's light and very summery. The Veg burger with fries was also good.

Being a big fan of eating at Boston, it wasn't the same experience at this location for me but my family liked it as they had meat.<br/>Cactus fries were too oily n not too crispy . Ordered seven cheese ravioli for myself which felt like 2 cheese and not alot of cheese , just ate for the sake of filling myself. <br/>Family loved shrimp tacos and wings.<br/><br/>Usually have to wait over hours but got seat in 15 mins on friday evening

Smack down on clifton hill by the skywheel. Our server was very attentive. Food was okay. Place was nice to dine. Open dining area to feel and hear the street of clifton hill.

Overall good experience. Food was good. Little issue when we were being seated but was taken care of fairly quickly. Service was pretty good.

Soso food and terrible service. Got our food and drinks without incident, but our server barb made us waiting 30 minutes after we finished dinner for the bill. No one would give us bill either despite asking. When she came back, she didnt apologize for the wait and gave us attitude and blamed her manager.

We had a large group of people ready to eat, sat down and got drinks, and had to ask THREE different people if we could have menus. Then had to ask two more if we had a server.... By the time someone came over we had finished our drinks and decided to take our business somewhere else. Such poor service and rude staff, we will not be going back.

Same Old, GOOD Boston Pizza. Usually when one says "same old," its a negative, hence why good is in the title; this is a better Boston Pizza.<br/><br/>It is BIG, lots of space, lots of open area. Our server was one of the best I had in my life and she did her best, even though she had to wait on ALL 9 tables that were occupied at the time we ate.<br/><br/>I had my usual 2 orders of wings and my girlfriend had her usual thai chicken bites. We had the steak skewers beforehand though, and they were phenomenal to say the least. Great stuff for a North American chain restaurant.<br/><br/>The dessert was the pinnacle though; a beautiful pizza dough, topped with smores toppings. Di-vine to say the least.

Food always good here, but today chicken wing is over burned and Pizza in not hot.

Service was excellent but we prefer not to eat in an arcade - very noisy. The food tasted "fast", no taste, no love. Poor value for your hard earned money.

I've been to many Boston Pizza locations, and this one was the worst. The food was very bland.

After roaming around Niagara Falls after the Maid of the Mist boat ride, CanuckGirl and I were quite hungry, so we walked around for a few blocks to find food. We found most of the places were very overpriced and were chain restaurants. Our tour guide even suggested a few places but…any place rated 17% was not a place for us. Eventually we gave up and settled with Boston Pizza. The interior is very open and seats lots of people. You can have the choice of sitting indoors of having patio seating. We opted for patio seating, but it was still indoors and just has the windows up. You get a good view of the street. Oven Roasted Salt & Pepper Wings ($9.29) were alright and we did enjoy getting the options of not having them deep-fried. CanuckGirl said the wings were tender but it wasn’t anything special. Pepperoni and Feta Thin Crust Pizza ($13.29) has layers of pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, cheddar, pizza mozzarella and green onion. The pizza was very oily and the green onions were c
