A restaurant inside fallsview casino. Pre pandemic time we used to lovee eating here, the selection of food are great, I personally love the salmon and of course my husband the steak. Lots of Asian cuisine too. The place is clean and organized with the view of Niagara Falls by the window. Staff are great, service is good. Can wait for them to resume to the old normal of having a buffer.

Never eat at this Deli. It's a ripoff. Grand Buffet is gone. Very disappointed with my $14 burger. No fries. Just a big surprise for a poor looking meal. Check out my photo. We will never patronize this restaurant ever again. It was an expensive lesson. Stay away from Monaghans Fallsview Casino Deli. You will be disappointed.

I was just at the Grand Buffet tonight. The price was $49 per person plus additional charge for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The food was of extremely poor quality and the portion size was small and limited. The deserts were very small portions and limited in selections. No pies, no cakes, no ice cream. Left this buffet feeling hungry and robbed of my hard earn money. This buffet wasn't even worth $20 let alone the charge of $49 per person, pus extra for any drink you ordered. Avoid this place and eat somewhere else. A lot of people were complaining and so they should.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on June 19th. I am just well enough to write this review..I have been lucky to not get in sick in 10+ years..after visiting this restaurant we ordered the omelette and my husband eggs and bacon plus a drink..few days later both my husband and I started feeling sick and was in bed for 2 DAYS..my husband couldn't go to work for 4 days after this and I AM still having symptoms ..this restaurant was the only place we ate at..I will NEVER go back. .

Just right at the entrance we were greeted by the cashier. She asked us what we wanted for breakfast one of our companion gave her order and my other companion was making it easier for her by saying the three others are the same. She argued it had to be done one by one. She even raised her voice she has no customer service skills in her. If she told me she had problems absorbing information because she is mentally challenged I would accept her excuse . I will never come here of I saw her at the cashier. Her name is Denise.

Buffet not open and not posted on website,had no choice but to eat there for table service due to time. Ordered pizza and Reubens sand from cashier, like a cafeteria. Person who served food told us she was not our server and someone else would come by. Nobody did. We had that same girl take back the pizza which was bland, no taste and ordered a burger. She brought one within 5 min saying it was a kitchen error but it tasted ok. This place is poorly organized and doesn't belong in this beautiful hotel. .

Some are good some are average and some are bad. But definitely worth a try. The highlight is the dessert section. If u like desserts then this is the buffet. It is a good place.

Food is average. Well i do not expect much about an "All u can eat". The view of the Niagara Falls is amazing. Staffs inside the restaurant are friendly. But the one who assigned the customers to their tables are terrible. Very slow.

Best buffet I've ever been to. It wasn't just an abundance of food, but it actually tasted great, which is rare for buffets. Non-alcoholic drinks were included in the price of the buffet. It was very busy and we had to wait in line for at least 30-45 minutes just to get in on a Saturday night, but it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to returning again!

This would be the first time i have not been impressed with a casino buffet. Every six months or so they try and keep things interesting by changing the menu, unfortantly after a few weeks they seem to let the quality slip.

We have eaten here several times and have not been generally dissatisfied. We expect most buffets to have good variety along with other offerings that miss the mark. Buffets like this one are not priced below $20.00 with the expectation of gourmet food. It was diner quality for the most part but still fulfilling. There were items we liked more than others and offerings that were picked at or dismissed as overcooked or not hot enough. That is the beauty of a well stocked buffet as this one was, there is always enough good choice for everyone. Not as good as the Mandarin but then over 50 percent cheaper. The dessert offerings were particularly inviting. The service was good and we definitely will return.

Tough place to review ...Grand line up grand views! Grand selection The dishes were all satisfactory but nothing great... I would go back yes just not in a rush to do so.

Looked at the reviews posted on this app and looked optimistic. Definetly did not disappoint. Service was excellent and food did not disappoint at all. Went there for breakfast. Very good option and prices are very good for what you are eating. Will go back for sure.

I came here yesterday and I was impressed. The service was awesome. The water with lemon was cold and refreshing (perfect pairing for a hefty dinner). And the food in general was really good. I tried everything I could that was a vegetarian option and I must say that I left full and satisfied. Notable mentions include: the beet salad which was sweet and delicious, the mashed potatoes, the samosa was one of the best I have ever tried, the roasted red pepper mushroom ravioli was phenomenal (the mushroom inside was amazing), the cabbage roll (although had meat inside and I only ate the outside with the sauce) had a really amazing sauce flavor and the veggie pizza was on point! Would definitely recommend this to others. Get the casino premier club card for free and save 4.00 on your meal! That's what I did.

Lots of variety. This place has plenty of variety including american/canadian favourites like mashed potatoes and gravy. 'Asian' food, Middle Eastern and Indian, and Italian, strangely no Mexican. My favourites were the mushroom stuffed ravioli, eggplant parm, the cabbages rolls, most of the middle eastern stuff, roasted veggies and their desserts. Other things like the Indian and Asian food I felt were lacking flavour (best to avoid.) Everyone's bound to find something they like. Priceless view, and uplifting bright decor that reminds me of spring. @Lovecheese, please don't use blanket statements. The Falls (and the whole region) has plenty of great restaurants, a pity you haven't figured this out yet.

Really Mediocre Quality - But Good Food Quantity. The entire Niagara Falls area really suffers from poor food quality at almost every single restaurant. If your into 'burgers and fries' or 'McDonald's' style chain-cuisine - then you should be fine. However, if your looking to unwind at a nice place, with great food, at a reasonable price - that's simply hard to find anywhere along the Falls. Even so-called 'upscale' restaurants that boast $40-$50 entrees are generally mediocre at best. Its a typical tourist location - high food costs, low food quality. With the Grand Buffet at Fallsview Casino - you can get essentially an all-you-can-eat meal for about $20-$22 dollars per person. Its actually not bad when you come to realize that the food pretty much stinks wherever you go around the Falls - so you might as well get in some 'value' for your money.

I Like This Buffet!. My fiancé and I came here as we were playing at the casino. The lineup to get into the buffet was very short, and we were able to get in within five minutes of paying. The place itself was very big; there were a lot of tables and booths available. We were given a table near the window which boasted a great view of the Falls. We were told that we could get up and help ourselves after being greeted by our server. They had a lot of items to choose from and for $20, I thought the items were great! They had a large assortment of salads, meats, pastas, and desserts! The food was actually quite hot and it was replenished very often. Compared to other buffets that I have been to, the price was right and the food was great! I might have come on a good night as it was a Monday and possibly it is better during the week than on the weekend. I would definitely come back to this buffet, loved it through and through!

Don't gamble on this. We were going to walk the bridge over to goat island and decided to eat at casino before going. It was a mistake. There were no redeeming dishes that I could see except for the carved sirloin ( not the roast5 beef at carving station-dry) Even the desserts didnt have flavour and I tried a lot of different things. The use of plastic cream or gelatin in cheesecake has never appealed to me. The only dessert worth your time was the choc coconut squares. They have a selection but nothing really worth it to eat. They have coldish mashed potatoes, dry pizza, fatty tasteless chicken legs, etc.

This is the worst buffet I have ever been to. The food is never warm, I don't expect it to be hot it's a buffet but I do expect it not to be cold. No flavor at all. Don't waste your time.

I’ve been to this buffet a handful of times before and I always enjoy their food. They have a great variety of cold dishes, salads, hot dishes, soups, a carving station, and their dessert station is ENORMOUS! It’s literally a station that resembles a mini kitchen in the centre of the restaurant and has plates among plates and dishes of desserts for you to walk by and pick up. It’s pretty amazing.

This is definitely a quantity over quality kind of buffet and unless it was a complimentary meal provided by the casino, I wouldn't consider returning. Our server was friendly but after she dropped off the drinks, we never saw her again.
