This location is mobility accessible. A convenient location at the Fallsview Casino. They had a line of about 5 customers to order and about 8 customers waiting for food/coffee. The lines were all gone and customers taken care of within 10 minutes. They were rather fast. The guy taking orders was very friendly and professional. My order was slightly incorrect, so if you order something special you may want to double check your order before leaving. There is an area you can sit and eat or drink directly across from the restaurant. Also, just a few steps away outside you can have a great view of the falls.
Update April 2022:
The seating area is fully open now and also just outside there is a lookout area to see the falls. On a nice day it is a beautiful area to enjoy your Time Hortons.

Place for meetings, breakfast/lunch and just chilling. Their treats are so yummy they stay in your hips.. the staff are friendly and efficient.

It’s rare that I give franchise locations more than 3 starts but considering this stores in the Fallsview Casino Resort and the have kept their prices fairly reasonable they deserve some credit here because everyone else is price gauging.

I ordered an Iced Capp with extra cream and it came out like this, normally at other locations it’s blended properly and not this dark… I asked them to remake it because it was definitely not what I ordered and the workers were like I probably didn’t blend it properly that’s so unprofessional and it wasn’t even busy I don’t even trust that this iced capp is safe to drink

I would say nice customer service. When I went there there was no lineup. It can be frustrating sometimes if there is a lineup but overall I ll give 5 stars to employees. 1. Fresh coffee
2. Good customer skills 3. Fresh food 4. A lot of donuts and muffin options. What else you expect 🤫😇

We ordered peppermint tea see they put peppermint tea bag in a coffee … idk maybe there staff was slepping or they dont know how to work when there is a long line . Boycott this him hortons if you want to save your money and time

Easily accessible location while roaming near the falls. Great option for cheap and your fav Tim's food and/or coffee.
Suggestion: Please keep enough inventory on busy days. Last time I was there, only frozen food was left.
My fav place nearest to the falls- I get access to food and washrooms easily.
