Place for meetings, breakfast/lunch and just chilling. Their treats are so yummy they stay in your hips.. the staff are friendly and efficient.

It’s rare that I give franchise locations more than 3 starts but considering this stores in the Fallsview Casino Resort and the have kept their prices fairly reasonable they deserve some credit here because everyone else is price gauging.

I would say nice customer service. When I went there there was no lineup. It can be frustrating sometimes if there is a lineup but overall I ll give 5 stars to employees. 1. Fresh coffee 2. Good customer skills 3. Fresh food 4. A lot of donuts and muffin options. What else you expect 🤫😇

We ordered peppermint tea see they put peppermint tea bag in a coffee … idk maybe there staff was slepping or they dont know how to work when there is a long line . Boycott this him hortons if you want to save your money and time

Easily accessible location while roaming near the falls. Great option for cheap and your fav Tim's food and/or coffee. Suggestion: Please keep enough inventory on busy days. Last time I was there, only frozen food was left. My fav place nearest to the falls- I get access to food and washrooms easi
