Really good, especially when they are offering the special 3 course menu for $65. It's a sweet deal versus the regular prices per individual item. Steaks are cooked to perfection and service excellent. If you can get a table by the window, then it's the perfect diners experience.

My girlfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at Morton's, it was a great choice. Our host Crystal was very kind and friendly. The egg and onion starter bread was very original and tasty. Steaks were well cooked but salty, Crystal took them back and recooked the steaks to perfection. Overall a great night to remember!

Mom and I did 2 can dine for $150. My mom ordered the New York Strip; I ordered the fillet mignon. The New York Strip was amazing, buttery.. just lovely, the filet mignon on the other hand was chewy; I couldn’t finish it. The manager refunded my portion, he handled it great! Though, I don’t think I’d go back before I tried the other steak restaurants in Niagara. Pleasant Staff, clean restaurant, great seating.

Disappointing. The restaurant hails itself as having some of the best steak in the world. Well, it does not. While the decor and service was on par, the steak itself was by far the most disappointing part of the dinner. The ads claim "spectacular views of the falls". In reality the view is now mostly obstructed by tall trees, but you may catch a glimpse here or there. The service was adequate and they even changed our table per request, so high marks there. The sides, appetizer were decent, except for the stringy asparagus. The drink selection was rather sparse, but overall adequate. We did enjoy the local wine quite a bit. The steak was absolutely not what I would expect from a world class steakhouse. Ordered Black Angus strip steak. It was cooked fine, but had almost no char on outside, had the consistency of a sponge and was extremely stringy. Was truly a let down for the price. My wife's more expensive cut was also underwhelming. The best part was the desert - cheesecake with glazed finish was the highlight of the evening. 3.5 stars.

I'd like to personally shout out our servers each night, Drew and Hannah, for their exceptional service and overall kindness. They truly made us feel like we were their only table. My fiancé used to work in hospitality, we know how hard that job is, and they exceeded all expectations. They were both so attentive, kind, cheerful, and helpful! We got some fantastic recommendations on things to do, and they made sure our food and dining experience was up to THEIR standard, not just ours! They were the secret sauce to this restaurant and made our weekend truly special. I could honestly have not have imagined a better experience for us. We will absolutely be back here next time we make our way through. Also, the food is indeed fantastic. Expensive yes, but it's a high end chain steakhouse and doesn't exceed the expected cost for that. Highly recommend the hanger steak, it's delicious. This Morton's has some amazing people working for them, and I hope they are receiving the recognition and compensation they deserve. Thanks again Drew and Hannah! You guys are amazing!

My partner and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. Although we booked our reso only a couple of hours beforehand, everyone congratulated us upon arrival. We were also given a beautiful table with a falls view. Our server Mario M was fabulous. He was attentive, kind and professional. It was refreshing to receive such flawless service. All of our dishes were very yummy. The oysters were fresh, the Caesar salad was not overly dressed—the steak cooked perfectly. The cocktails were also on point 👌. Thank you for an amazing dinning experience! Would 100% recommend.

I hate leaving negative reviews. And when I do I want it to be as fair as possible. Esp during pandemic when restos have such huge challenges. So I will start by saying that the service was excellent and the view spectacular. I spent a fortune on a ribeye steak here. First it arrived underdone. Then it came back a bit overdone. However those were minor issues. As you can see from the one picture, I could not chew through a huge part of it. And the rest required a shocking amount of chewing. The attentive waiter offered a replacement but I figured it unlikely the cut would be that different and then I would have to endure more stress.

Hi all. We were looking very much forward to having a wonderful dinner at this steakhouse after a long drive up from Connecticut. We arrived on time 20:30, our table was not ready! We had requested one at the window,1,5 weeks back when we made the reservation! So we got a table one row away from the windows. Ok ships happens �after got the table we were given the wine menu, and only wine menu! We were apparently sitting in a black hole between two zones! So nobody wanted to take responsibility for the table. So 20 min passed, before a sweet woman finally noticed that we were just sitting waiting. Then our waiter finally showed up and asked if we were ready to order of the menus, which we still hadn't received!!!!.....then we got menus. Ordered cocktails, water and wine? The water and wine arrived shortly after ordering. When we received the water we also placed the food orders. 20 min later we finally approached by the waiter again, who asked if everything was ok!!!!.....at this time our cocktails had been waiting in the bar for 20 min. So we finally got the cocktails 2 mins before the main cause!!!!....at this time we approached the manager for the 2nd time and to get assigned another waiter, which we got! I'm normally not writing bad reviews on Facebook, but I/we really felt ignored by the first waiter, and I'm fully aware of the golden rule "don't fuck with people handling your food". We got assigned another waiter, who was the best and took really good care of us!....but this was just to little to late! Beside being incompetent in his work as a waiter, the place had too many people on the floor at any one time. Miss managed! Waiters and others had the look busy, without actually being busy, as there were not a lot of people in the restaurant this evening. Should I find myself back at this hotel and area again, I would not reconsider coming back? The two stars is only given because of super food and the 2nd waiter assigned to our table, who I would like to thank for trying, her best to make up for the first waiter's fuck ups.

I was pretty disappointed in the place. The service was good and our waiter was very personable. I was not impressed with the food. The salads were okay. I ordered the beet salad and it had onions in it although onions were not listed on the menu. My husband got the iceberg wedge which was very good. We both had filet mignon and both steaks were undercooked. My husband wanted medium well and his was red in the middle. I wanted medium rare and it was half raw. Very good quality just not cooked correctly which is inexcusable for a steak restaurant. We ordered asparagus as a side and it was good but not a big portion. The drinks were good. They did give us a complementary desert for our anniversary which was very nice of them. My final complaint was that it was outrageously expensive for what we got.

This restaurant has potential but fell short for our hopes for a 5 star for New Years Eve. Food was tasty with the exception of the onion soup but not hot and dinners for our party came out at different times. One dinner came out without the sauce ordered for the steak and it didn't appear before half the steak was eaten or it would have been luke warm as well. I was embarrassed because we have chosen the restaurant for our party of 8! The server was very nice and was trying her best she is only as good as what is coming out of the kitchen. To the managers benefit he did bring a bottle of wine to the table on the house but it is not enough for us to try this restaurant again. For $1000 we could have made a better meal at home.

Everything we had to eat was delicious, the staff was amazing and our waitress was wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the falls and didn't feel rushed to finish our meal. We definitely recommend it for any date night or celebration.

We were staying at the Marriott where this is located. Go down for dinner without reservations as it wasn't very busy. Waiter goes to seat us, far away from windows and view of the falls. We advise we wish a window seat, waiter advises you can see fine from this table. Advise no we cant and we would like a window seat. Waiter says no tables available at windows. Advise we will wait for one. Waiter tells us they are all booked. Ask what time they are open till. Waiter says until 11pm, this was at 7:30 pm. I say , your telling me the window seating is booked all night, I find that hard to believe. He says we can book you for 8:30 pm. Reply ok thats fine, and remark , see that wasnt so hard. Come back at 8:30 and advise we are there for our reservation. Waitress goes to seat us at a back table nowhere near the windows. I advise here we had a reservation. She says we dont reserve the windows, its first come first serve. I ask for a manager. Manager repeats the same saying they dont reserve windows, first come first serve. I reply what first waiter had told us, and that we would have gladly waited for a table had we known , and that they need to rectify this. She says next table is ours, to please wait and she will speak to her waiter about the issue. So you inconvenience us twice, your employee lies to us and thats how you handle it? While waiting I see someone that looks to be a general manager, tell our story to him, he apologizes and offers a free appetizer for the trouble. Ya like that really makes up for the 1hr wait the first time and now another 20 min wait. Ok so whatever get seated finally 20 mins later, (kids are very fussy by this time) and order our meal. Haveto ask waiter for a small glass for our 3yr old as the one the waiter gave her is the size of both her forearms together(would think it very obvious). I get chicken Picatta, my wife gets the 16 oz. Signature Prime New York Strip, Mac n cheese for my daughter. Mac N cheese was very bland, my daughter would not eat it, chicken picatta was good, My wife cuts her steak in half, it is raw inside. She ordered it medium. It is not rare, medium rare or medium like she ordered it, but raw in the middle. So they take it back, I figure ok they will cook her a new one. Nope they bring back the exact steak which is cooked well done now and is tough from being cooked twice and dried out. We are fed up and just want to go back to our room. My wife eats half(she normally loves steak) and we get the rest to go. We just want to be done with the horrible experience and enjoy our vacation. Had say Chef Ramsey been there, he would have thrown the steak at the chef and strewn a bunch of profanities at the chef. Go anywhere but here. Oh by the way , the steak does not come with any vegetables or sides, you have to order those separate, and at $62 that is insane

My Husband and I came to the Falls to Celebrate our Anniversary. We went to Mortons Grille for dinner. Our wonderful waitress Ms.Shay, was attentive and knowledgeable, and a excellent waitress! My steak was cooked to perfection and My husband enjoyed the pork chop. The atmosphere was great. We recommend the delicious warm bead pudding!

As a business and restaurant owner myself I know how ratings can effect a business, and seldom give a bad rating to any business , but with the exception a a somewhat decent steak, very weak experience decided to try since I heard of the name before , took forever for a server to approach us, they ran out of mash potatoes side ,the server never brought us our bread when we said yes when she asked us if we wanted some, the busboy when he brought us out 2 different butters did not know which one was which ,But the worst thing was the niagara beer flight when I ordered it, they put coors light in one of the 4 and the server only told me once I ask what each one was , maybe ask the customer if it's okay or put 2 of the same niagara beer, I order it to try the beers of niagara not Coke light , regardless if I was the owner or manager I would want to know to correct and better my establishment , good luck mortons!

The food was amazing, the service was amazing, and the VIEW was amazing! Thanks to Crystal i was very well taken care of and the bartender on that night made some of the best ceasers ive ever had! Highly recommend!

We visited Niagra Falls Canada recently and dined here. The views of the falls were spectacular at night and the food was so delicious and delivered with that extra flare that I expect from a good hotel restaurant. The Staff was very good and accommodating too! Highly recommend if staying at this hotel!

Very accommodating even after we had to push our reservations back. Very clean and the service was top notch. My husband took me out for a birthday dinner while staying at the hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience. Our waiter was so nice and the manager came over and spoke with us and we let him know about our great dining experience. The food was great. We are no strangers to fine dining and I would highly recommend Mortons for a date night. They even made me a special birthday dessert. Pics in comments!

We have been here for an hour and still waiting for dinner. The drinks were horrible. They tried to bring oysters to our table 2 times. Had to ask the waitress about bread that every table around us received....Disappointed to say the least

Service was absolutely stellar. Server was very well versed in all menu items. Food was delicious. Five onion soup very nice. Beet salad could use more beets less "spring mix". Tasty tho. Portions r huge!!! NY Cheescake would easily feed two maybe three. Blue Cheese butter to die for!!! Good Job.
