Review Flying Saucer Drive-in - Niagara Falls

This place is crazy in the best possible way! The food taste is crazy good, the portions are crazy big and the prices are crazy low. Add to that the cool atmosphere and the excellent service and there is literally nothing to complain about. Our server David took good care of us and our food came out perfectly as ordered. We are in the area as tourists and came here for breakfast, and it was our favorite meal of our trip. 6 out of 5!!!

If I could I would rate higher then 5 stars!!! This place is amazing. My Aunt, Uncle and myself stumbled upon this place on the Friday Night the 1st night of a 3 night stay. And all enjoyed our meals so much we decided to go back in the morning for breakfast!! (Last yr when we came to stay we tried different restaurants and had no luck with good food good staff) So when it came to dinner the second night we all agreed to go back. As there is so many different options on the menu something for everyone ( and one person in our group is a vegetarian? We ended up eating all our eating here! Price is on point, presentation is awesome and staff was out of this world amazing! Jenna and David you both rock keep doing what you do! I could never put into words how awesome your customer service is!! Thank you for that!! We will be back!

What an awesome little diner/restaurant! A unique spaceship theme with a family friendly atmosphere. The menu had so many options that contains something for everyone, even the pickiest eater. If it's not on there, ask they will probably make it. Take out options also available. Busy place with a short wait but all the staff were very friendly and seemed really happy to be there despite the rush. Our server Justin was amazing even though he was constantly buzzing around serving his customers. Food arrived fast, hot, and fresh while the portions were huge. Compliments out to the cooks as everything tasted great. A must try if in Niagara for an out of this world experience at down to earth prices.

Affordable pricing, large portions, fast service, cool environment- I mean what more do you want? We took my nephew who loved the trivia on the me u and the decor! I was blown away by the portion sizes, we all had a takeout box on the way out. Our server was super nice and he was fast, even on a busy night we felt attended to and taken care of. I only removed a star as we sat by the door and I noticed there really isn't a good system for when they're at capacity, and people coming in and out was a bit distracting for us. We are happy we got a seat though and had such a good experience, that's just the only feedback I have.

Amazing portion size and tasty food. In a day where prices are going through the roof and potion sizes are shrinking… think of Any of the chain restaurants… this place has huge food plates and the biggest soda glasses I have ever seen. The place is older looking but it is themed for fun! The menu scared me, it had everything but the kitchen sink on it. With so many options I was afraid the kitchen was going to take forever for our 8 people. No, fast friendly and tasty food! I will be back here for sure. Amazing. And no ‘tourism tax too’ on the meal. Remember the menu is massive, so many choices but that variety makes it easy to choose something different the next time!

Visited here Dec 29 2021. The food here was excellent. They do the breakfast basics extremely well. This may be a weird thing to say but the home fries were exceptional. I have been to Cora’s and other breakfast spots but this place does everything at a high standard. I ordered the eggs Benny with a bran muffin and both items were delicious. The bran muffin was warm and better than I expected. Even the coffee here was great and a lot of the times I can’t say that about breakfast spots. Wife ordered the special omelette and pancakes, I tried the chocolate chip pancakes as well and it was great. Definitely will repeat when I am in the Niagara area. And on top of it all the service was great as all the people working greeted us with smiles.

Overall, it was an okay experience. Food was nothing too special, average breakfast style. Lots of variety and options, which is good. They asked if I wanted fresh fruits or a muffin as part of my Eggs Benedict meal, which I was expecting a small bowl of fruit, and received 2 tiny pieces of orange and a tiny wedge of grapefruit. They asked if we wanted anything in the pancakes, but did not tell us about the extra cost to add. While we were still in the middle of eating, the waitress brought us our bill, so it felt like we were being slightly rushed. Overall, the staff was polite and friendly though, nice atmosphere and visually looks appealing and cool. Can get quite noisy, especially with families, but that is expected. Prices are very decent, and on par with other places, maybe even a tad bit cheaper. I would recommend it to try it out, but only maybe a repeat, as many other options are available in the area.

Found this spot on Google while visiting Niagara Falls. There was no wait for a table for breakfast. It was 6 of us. Food is economically priced and there are many breakfast options. Our server was very friendly and the food was good. My only ask would have been for a Turkey or chicken option like Turkey bacon or chicken sausage. Everyone doesn’t eat pork. It wasn’t an issue though. We just ate vegetarian style. Not sure our kids really noted the UFO vibe but it was still cool. If ever in the area, we would definitely visit again.

I was walking along Lundys Lane and had every intention of going elsewhere for lunch but the other place was closed. I came across The Flying Saucer and remembered it was on a list of best "cheap eats" that I previously seen. The waitress was very nice and cheap eats it was. I had the BLT sandwich with chicken noodle soup for $7.99, well worth the money for the serving size and taste. Would definitely recommend!

Disgusting. Been coming here for years. Never again. Went downhill. What a shame. Used to be a good place. I wish I could post the photos I took of the chicken sandwich with wilted brown lettuce and gross curdled mayo in this review. I would have complained if a waiter was to be found. But, we didn't have 2 hours to wait for new food. Won't return.

Not the best food We got chicken wing...small...dry...and had a seasoning similar to KFC’s yuk! I also ordered a steak sub...small and floavourless Plus I should mention, got to the washroom at Tim Hortons before you try here...double yuk!!

It is hit or miss. This time visiting wasn't great. Service staff was unorganized and our waitress wasn't listening to the responses of her own questions. Menu is huge and has lot to choose from so if you have many people in your party craving different foods this place will be good for that. In the past I have had great food and great service so I can't weigh my review on my last visit. I will be back and will hope it was better than my last visit.

Visited just after the remodel last year. What a great atmosphere! Fun place to dine! I don't recommend trying poutine for your first time here, as their version has grated cheese rather than curds in it..thus the 4 rating

Food was excellent they were not ready to handle a rush which happened as we got there. Luckily another server came in sat us in a section that was empty took all the orders for that section and we were the last to get our food even though we were sat before everyone else. I would definitely eat there again the food was really great. Priced reasonable and uniquely themed.

Quirky (in a good way) design. Food was outstanding and the service was flawless. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We took our hotel valet's advice on this place; we were looking for good poutine for our friend's first time to Canada. We had a great experience! Delicious food, funky atmosphere, moderately priced...everything we were looking for. We had a large group of people, and the waitress was lovely. Definitely worth it.
