Review Red Lobster - Niagara Falls

Beverly Hamilton
This was our family member's first time to Canada from Jamaica and she had only one request while visiting the Falls, and that was, to dine at "Red Lobster". We had a phenomenal server by the name of "Adam" upon our arrival close to closing time. He made sure to it that ALL 4 of us were 100% happy by going the extra mile; engaging with my autistic adult son who was on cloud nine, enjoying fish and chips for the first time at Red Lobster. Other people in the service industry could take lessons from a page out of Adam's book of interpersonal skills. Our meals exhibited great presentation; along with great taste and the temperature was right on point. A great big thank you to all the staffs from the cook to management for making our dining experience a superb one that we will not soon forget.

One of the best Red Lobster experiences yet. Not too busy, service was good and fast, and the food arrived fast, fresh, and really hot. The portions were larger than most other dining experiences at other locations and everything tasted great. The new Mariner's feast is an excellent addition to the menu.

Went here for the first time last Good Friday. We were greeted warmly. It was busy but still our food was served fresh, hot and DELICIOUS. Waiting time did not take long as well. It left a good impression! Also, their biscuits are THE BEST!

Stopped in to celebrate an occasion, and our server brought us out a dessert (on the house!) to congratulate us. Definitely made our night. Everytime we're in Niagara, this is one of our stops. Great food, decent prices.

Lots of choices for seafood lovers.. We ordered two main courses with an appetizer. The portion was more than enough for two. the staff were friendly.. highly recommended

omg the food here was out of the world. the salmon oh so tasty and spicy and the alfredo pasta so creamy and soft garlic bread with amazing caesar salad. the staff was nice and very engaging too! they gave us a extra free bowl of garlic bread after they saw we were starving and we finished all the starters really quickly. a true delight!

1st time there. We were seated right away, but it took awhile before anyone came to our table and serve us and our server seemed to forget our request or us in general. By the time our food came we lost or appetite and maybe a few moments after, we asked for a to-go box.

Tried Red Lobster in New York City and now here. Just as good. The ultimate feast is really quite great. For a starter, the seafood stuffed mushrooms was fantastic.

Very disappointed today. We frequently go to this location went this evening at five were told about ten minute wait but as we sat there waiting six other tables were seated that came in after us finally left after 45 minutes most likely won't return

Childhood fave. I've been coming here since I was a little kid. And everything is still the same. The wood decor which reminds me of being on an old ship and the fireplace. I've never had bad food here. I normally get the shrimp alfredo. But today I tried the shrimp tacos which were amazing. Only get seafood here (which is just common sense.)
What I really love about this place are the free yummy cheese buns and the servers whom are always wonderful.

Best meal I've had so far in the falls! Service was excellent, came with the family, ordered new York strip and rock lobster tail, enjoyed every bite!

If Denny's Had Lobster....You'd be at Red Lobster. I'm not sure the fascination that people have with Red Lobster. There was a line up out the door, so you'd "think" you'd be getting something good when you got to a table?

This was our first time there, and being from the West Coast, I can't even say that what we ate was actually seafood. Everything was over cooked and looked like it came from a prepackaged frozen dinner that they pulled out of a microwave. We had stuffed mushrooms, which definitely had come right out of a freezer - the broccoli in them was a dead giveaway for not being "fresh". I'd be willing to bet that they don't actually "make" much of anything there. They heat it up, throw it in a deep fryer, slap a few buckets of garlic butter or alfredo sauce on top and hope people eat it. It's way way too expensive ($90 - 2 drinks, 1 appetizer, 2 average dinners) for the quality.

The good:
The server was very sweet, really attentive and a good conversationalist. She made the experience at least a little more enjoyable...

Broiled lobster great but everything else with a rub or seasoning were salty. Service great, our server did a step by step showing us how to open up the lobster.

Lunch gets very busy at this location during the week. I went during Lobster fest for lynch and had the lobster bisque and chefs pasta. I found the lobster bisque good but, likely wouldn't order it again since the lobster was over done for my liking. The pasta was a linguine with asparagus spears, crab meat and shrimp all in a white sauce. Nothing special. I definitely will never order surf and turf from here again. Steak was wrong (doneness, selection, age etc) and the lobster tail wasn't what I would expect from a place that specializes in lobster. Overall a decent experience with atmosphere and service, but for the price I could think of better places to go.

The Ultimate Feast was a pretty good. Nice variety of seafood. Taste was good, service was good, portions were good. The prices are a bit high, but that's expected for seafood. Overall, decent experience.

Don't order a non-seafood dish at Red Lobster. The service at this Red Lobster is excellent. How did the staff get so cheery? The fresh fish and the lobster are average for a Red Lobster, which means this place beats out many of the other Lundy's Lane restaurants. An example of a non-seafood dish recently served: pressed chicken drizzled with sauce. This chicken wasn't even pressed into a natural shape for chicken. While the chicken wasn't delicious, the seafood sure was. I'm not a big Red Lobster fan, but I would go back to this one.
