Review Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse - Niagara Falls

David & Patti Ens
We saw the sign as we drove up to the Hilton at Niagara Falls and began to anticipate supper. We had kids in our party, but we had a table quickly. Our host changed and explained how things would happen. Basically when the coaster in front of your plate is turned to green, men dressed as gauchos will bring grilled meet to you until you turned it to the red side. First you hit the amazing salad bar which has so much more than salad. There are soup and many sides to choose from. We were all very satisfied. Even the little guys enjoyed the live music. It isn't cheap by any standard, but it is quality and the servers are ever so polite. I highly recommend this experience.

My wife brought me to Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse for my birthday... what a wonderful decision it was. The food options were amazing and all delicious. My toddler son (2 years old), enjoyed the pickles from the salad bar but his favorite was the cooked pineapple. We enjoyed very much all of their meat/steaks selections, just amazingly delicious. We were assisted by Jared (I hope I got his name right). He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Even my drink was perfect. I asked for a cold beer in a cold glass and that was exactly what I got. We will definitely come back again and enjoy their fabulous food. Fully recommended πŸ˜‰πŸ˜πŸ˜ŽπŸ€ŸπŸ»πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ

Amazing!!!!! What a great night out with the family. We celebrated our 24yr wedding anniversary. Great food, great atmosphere. Loved the live band. Thank you Linda for all you did for us to make this night special. Great service from your team of Gauchos. Christine R took great care of us. Made our experience wonderful!!! The Creme Brule cheesecake hit the spot.

Restaurant is located inside Hilton Hotel across from Fallsview Casino. Very busy on a Saturday night, and reservation with a credit card number was required upon booking via website. The live band caught our attention the moment we walked in, and it's was lovely! Love the super delicious all you can eat Brazilian style BBQ meat and pineapple, which were being brought and served by the friendly staff at our table. However, appetizers, salad, vegetable, soup and rice are self-served. Considering Covid is still around, some kind of prevention would be nice, eg disposable gloves and mandatory hand sanitizers before customers touching the serving spoons or utensils. Our server was not very attentive. It was our first time there, and no one told us what to do and where to get food etc., plus we needed to clear our own plates lol. Price is on the higher end: $69.95 /person plus tax and tips. Final price could be around $130 per person with a drink or wine. There's local tourist fee on the bill, which is not mandatory, and it was removed upon asking. Overall good experience, delicious food, but service needs improvement.

Brasa is a bit pricey in my opinion. It is located at the ground floor of Hilton Hotel. I didn't enjoy their choice cuts of grilled meats, I had a tough time chewing it, not as tender as I would have liked it, we were also rushed because they were taking out the grilled meats so fast that we felt full so fast. The best in my opinion was the grilled pineapple. At the end of the service, prepare to be shock because the final price will include the 15% tip, HST and another added tax on top of it. If you ask me if I would go back again, I'll say no, once is enough, it's just for the experience.

The lamb and three of the steak choices were very good! The salad bar, if you notice has large diameter bowls of useless things like olives, pickles that were Old and hardly anyone touches! The horrible taste like cardboard, prepared salads! Taboulie, "Brazilian rice" and dry collard greens were an Insult!!!!! The smoked salmon, seafood salad and seafood ciopino was just okay. Fortunately, they had a great variety of vinegars that I tried to resuscitate that disaster!!! $70 for this is an insult. The atmosphere and the band is enjoyable! The meats are Not wood fire grills anymore, only cooked on gas!!!

I adore Brasa 😘 Stunning food, superb wine choices and beer choices to match it. Atmosphere was alive and not a spare seat on the Saturday night we were there. Live music and conveniently situated. Definitely not cheap though but as a treat it was lovely. We had a main each, one wine, one beer and one dessert and it was almost $250.

Took my fiancee here for her birthday and It was by far the BEST service and food I've had in Niagara in a LONG time. Our server Mike V was amazing, very attentive, personable and friendly and you can tell he really loves his job. The carvers seemed to come at the perfect times just as we're thinking hmmmm wouldn't mind trying something after finishing this piece of meat well what do you know a carver is just walking out on to the patio with a new cut of meat to sink our teeth into. We'll both definitely be back. 5 stars and two very well stuffed patrons thank you very much for a wonderful evening that was well worth the money spent. This place isn't cheap but it is worth every penny you'll pay. PS make sure you go on a Friday or Saturday for the bacon wrapped fillet mignon and the seafood bar with smoked salmon among other wonderful things that aren't normally offered during the week.

We got a Groupon for the Hilton hotel and it included a $40 coupon for Brasa. The buffet was $50 each. We ordered 1 pop. When the bill came it was $87. The 40$ coupon ended up being only worth $35 for some reason and the pop was $5 for a small glass. To top it all off, a TIF fee was added to our bill. This is a voluntary fee that does not have to be charged and is up to the establishment if they want to charge it. I felt taken advantage of. The food was good, the service was fine but definitely not worth the price. Especially considering that our experience was soured by the blatant money grab. We are in Niagara Falls every weekend and don't mind spending money if the value is there. I wouldn't hurry back to this restaurant simply because I felt financially abused.

My Dad and I first went there for my birthday a couple years ago since then we have returned bringing our friends who could also enjoy this excellent establishment. Our waiter on our first night I forgot his name but he was perfect warned us not to fill up on the buffet but we did lol but we learnt our lessons the next few times we visited we did the same because the cold buffet is amazing as well. The meat is delicious and I am picky with lamb however this lamb is the best my father and I have ever tasted and the poached salmon on the buffet to die for. If you have never been I reccomend it for sure and enjoy it is amazing! I will be returning for my birthday this year see you in Febuary!!οΏ½

Came here this past weekend for the first time with my partner for an anniversary dinner and had an experience of a lifetime! Absolutely amazing service and food. Loved the live music and overall feel of the evening. The servers were great (my glass of water was only half empty and was always topped up right away!) the meat was phenomenal, the buffet options were huge, everything was perfect except for the bill! Paid $180 for 2 dinners a pop and glass of wine plus 20% tip and when we saw the tif tax the server was so nice about removing it didn't have a problem at all. The bill was high but sooo worth it for a specia occasion, will definitely be going back!

We have dined here many times and last nighy we brought kids with us. As always we were 100% satisfied. I have read other reviews on here that are not that good and I am baffled. People pay the same price and eat gross all you can eat at the Mandarin.....we are talking about delicious cuts of steak, chicken, pork seasoned and cooked to perfection served table side as well as incredible salads some of which have seafood. Let's not forget the salmon. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff go above and beyond making you feel like you are their top priority. Love Brasa and will be back every time we are in niagara !

Some of the meat was good but a lot was dried out and hard as a rock. My lava cake desert was served raw and cold. Highly over priced, there are many better choices in Niagara for the cost. Worst was being made to sit and wait almost an hour after meal was finished because their machines werent working. Kept saying a manager was coming to deal with situation but manager never ever showed up. I am local and wont be back. Nor would i reccomend dining here.

I have no problem paying for good food... When myself and my partner have the Sunday dinner with 2 beers and 2 bar drinks end up with a bill for almost $200 I feel that they think they're a bit special. I had my green side up for, no kidding, 25 min and still didnt get the piece of meat I was looking for AND a waiter even asked me what I was waiting for and he would send it over... Never happened... The meat wasn't hot, just warm. It tasted good but not anything special and definitely not worth what the bill was!

This was my second visit to brasa , been there a couple years ago and I remember had a great dinner couldn't remember much about the service. Was there on Saturday night to celebrate my birthday with a some friends and we had a great experience food tasted great, grilled pinapple is to die for , great ambience with background live music and most important service was excellent his name was Wissam, every now and then he made sure we were ok and if there was anything we were waiting for so he can send them to our table. And at the very end he brought two pcs of dessert to our table which was very nice of him and the person who took my reservation that I had mentioned it was for a birthday dinner . That really made my night and made me feel special . Thank you Brasa we will definitely be back 😊

A fantastic place to eat. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is top notch, and the entire staff is great. I took my Dad for his first time. He loved it too. My 2nd time and I look forward to going back again

Everything's was great including the gauchos! Our server wasn't very helpful being that he only came and checked on us once and never asked if we needed refills or take our empty plates! Other than him it was awesome food!

I have never been to a restaurant like this before, to be honest I was expecting a scene from Bridesmaids, but OMG, I was SO wrong! A-Maze-Ing! The chicken thighs and pineapple were to die for! My new favourite restaurant in Niagara Falls!
