Well organized buffet style service. The restaurant itself is laid out in alphabetical sections for the diners to get to their tables without any confusion. The buffet was very diverse with countless options to satisfy any age group. Ribs and Sushi’s were phenomenal. Our server Hassan was very hospitable and had a friendly conversation with my family making our dining experience more comfortable. Undoubtedly they’re highly rated for creating a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!
Food: is delicious, fresh, hot, lots of variety. Always refreshing the food when getting low.
Cleanliness: immaculate including the washrooms. Service: is superb. Makes you feel welcome as you walk in. Hot wash cloths before and after meal. Checks on your table often. Bringing/refreshing drinks and clearing dishes. Table is always clean. Wonderful, Friendly staff in every area. Great managers.

Amazing food, and with an almost seemingly infinite variety. Lot's of different meats, vegetables, and pastas. The Canada Day menu items were superb, especially the Sriracha wings. For dessert, you have a huge selection and a large choice of toppings to further flavor your treats.
Love the Koi fish in the front pools and the tanks inside the dining area. An absolute perfect ending to our Niagara Falls trip. We will definitely be back in, next time we are down.
Mandarin Restaurant Niagara Falls location, is a famous restaurant, very well known, good value for price, delicious dishes and a lot of variety. The service is wonderful! Caroline is the best waitress, very warm and friendly! Highly recommend this restaurant!
Mandarin it's the best buffet I have ever been to. I can see why they are award winning buffet. The food was amazing. Every little bite was absolutely delicious. The service also impeccable Stephanie and Donnie very professional and friendly. You have to visit MANDARIN. Number 1* buffet!!!!

Best service I ever had in mandarin is this location !!! Food -There is something for everyone to enjoy, fresh and good variety. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the place was lacking a choice of red wine , we asked for 3 different bottles on the menu but they were out of it . This is something a good Navarre can think about ahead of time or offer something else so customer can have a choice .

What a meal! So many fantastic flavors to choose from! Yesterday was our first visit after the pandemic and we were very impressed. The varieties and the flavour combinations are awesome. Shout out to Caroline who took care of us! She’s so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this spot.
