Review The Works Craft Burgers & Beer - Niagara Falls

I am not a burger lover, but this place changed my mind! With the side of broccoli (so very fresh, not frozen, very delicious), I enjoyed a balanced meal! The caramelized onions are sweet and the mushrooms are fresh (magic mushroom melt). The water cup is very signature (caught my eye immediately). I will definitely revisit! The waitress is super helpful and enthusiastic as well! 😍😍😍

Great food! The service was a bit slow but overall it was really delicious. Really quirky restaurant, worth giving a shot! Tons of burgers to choose from and ways to modify your meal! The burger itself was juicy and flavourful, I recommend this place for a quick bite to eat, my only real complaint was the service was quite slow, but non the less our server was polite and friendly.

The taste of the gravy in the poutine was stellar! The flavor of the elk was amazing; I highly recommend it!! It took the server over 20 minutes to take our drink order (we almost left). Several parties came to the atrium, but left in frustration because there was no host. Overall, the taste is delicious, the value for the price is poor, and do not go here in a hurry.

Zero wait at 3pm. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Service was fine. Food was average at best. The burgers are small and very overcooked. The kids meals were pretty gross looking and the kids didn't enjoy them. Side of poutine was the best part of the meal. Wouldn't return.

We wandered in here while walking along Clifton, and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere is very nice--dark and cool, like your typical bar. The staff were all very friendly, super attentive and constantly asking us if we needed anything or if the food was good. And by god, was the food good! What I like about this place is that there are many different burger options, but if none of them sound good, you can make your own and customize your burger down to the bun. I got the Taste of Heaven wagyu burger and it was extremely juicy, had great toppings and was huge. Their poutine is also very good. Crisp fries, great gravy and stretchy cheese curd. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for lunch or dinner along Clifton!

Awesome burgers, staff was very friendly, burger was nice and juicy as a burger should be. The topping selection is great. And the onion rings are very crispy and juicy at the same time. Make sure you ask for their inhouse chilli sauce. It's out of this world good. Too bad they don't sell it.

We had an incredible experience today with our waitress Tammy. She was so very helpful and kind. She was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Food was phenomenal, great vibes :)

Today most of the places called themselves restaurants only care about making money. They forget about the quality. The work craft is the real deal when it's comes to making burgers. It's the best burger I ever had yet so far. Keep it that way guys. I really appreciate. Thank you 👍👍👍

This restaurant was recommended to me as I needed gluten free and was dying to have a great tasting burger and gluten free tasty bun...im so happy I went here. The food was hands down delish and the service was amazing!!!! Everyone in there was so kind and super friendly! I was so pleased with everything that I suggested this place for my son to apply to work for his first job. He is now working there as a dishwasher and he loves it. So if you're looking for a burger joint to go to...please try this place. You will not be disappointed!!!!

The best Burger joint in Niagara Falls, easy! Me and my wife tried it for the first time in 2015 right when they opened up, and we knew after we finished that we would be back for sure! Just went last night and they didn't disappoint! It's far beyond just a burger and fries place! It's awesome to have great staff treat you like a person and not just a customer. I'll definitely be going back everytime I come home to Niagara Falls! By far the best Burgers I've ever had�����

Have to re-evaluate my previous review, in light of last night's dinner. Initially had some trouble making a reservation for 20 people, but after being contacted by management who did everything possible to make it happen, I have to say I have never been more impressed with the way a business handles itself. Mario and his team went waaaaay beyond what they needed to do to accommodate our large group-on a holiday weekend no less. The free onion rings were completely unexpected but very appreciated. The email exchange between myself and Mario was quick, clear, and very understanding. And the server last night holy s**t. I was expecting wait staff to be scrambling and food to be coming out sporadically(hey some restaurants can't even get 4 meals out together, let alone 20). But everything came out at once and was somehow so hot that we still needed to wait for it to cool down. Our server was cool and collected throughout the night(despite the fact that we got a bit loud at times). She stated once that she had never done such a large group before, but I sure couldn't tell because she got refills promptly for everyone, didn't forget a single order(even came back and double checked that someone wanted bacon on their burger when they ordered a caesar salad without it). And to my knowledge not a single bill was incorrect. Great job to all the Works staff, we will be back. And to anyone reading this review: don't even bother looking at the other places on Clifton Hill, they are no match for this place.

Impromptu trip to the falls, we were meant to be in Key Largo, FL, but hurricane Irma made it impossible to get there. Having done very little research on the area we stumbled across the Works and the menu looked incredible so we gave it a go. I'm very glad they don't have this chain in the UK or the USA because it would be my undoing. Amazing service, very friendly, amazing menu and very quick. Couldn't pick a fault if I tried. Our server, Rachel, was the best server we have ever experienced. Thanks for a great meal!

The Elk burger was great , the sweet potato fry portion was small. The vegetarian burger bland at best and the burger to bun ratio was off (the bun was to small) The beer was cold and the service was good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the food. The Elk burger (Elk on a Beech) is delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we would definitely recommend it to others who are in the Falls looking for good food.

The burgers were excellent and huge! Sweet potatoes fries were delish. Loved the variety of food available. My daughter had a vegetarian burger and loved it. Drinks were great and the server brought us all ice cream for my birthday. Service was very good. Would definitely go again!

The burgers were good, but I think this place is a little overrated. I ordered the “love goat” burger. Peppercorn and goat cheese. The burger was crusted with whole peppercorns. Way too much. Try crushing them and using half as much.

What a great find! Friendly staff and great food. Wish there was one in the Chicago area - these are the best burgers and gluten free friendly!

My daughter and I had a great time. The server was top notch and the food (I had the Man Cave burger and my daughter had the Nacho Libre) was amazing. All the staff was very attentive to our needs and we had a great time! Thank you very much for a good experience.

Honestly, this is hands down my favorite place to go. Best food in town. Wait staff is always amazing. I tell everyone to check it out, and take everyone who comes to visit from Nova Scotia! Now, if we could only create a "Bluenoser" burger;)

I've been here several times. The onion rings are very tasty I like them more here than anywhere else. I love the Gettin piggy with it Burger. Fries and gravy are great too. Always leave stuffed... this is the best gourmet burger place for sure in my books...I'll definitely be back

Best place for burgers in NF, Ontario. The Blue Burger didn't disappoint! Super friendly staff. Will definitely go back next time we visit the Falls again.

Went there for the first time. Saw some good reviews and thought I'd give it a try. Not saying the non-vegetarian options are bad, but the vegetarian options aren't so good. For the price paid, wasn't worth it. On the plus side, their ambience is really chill and well decorated. The presentation was pretty decent too.<br/>But I've had better burgers. Wouldn't want to go again.

Came here for a veggie burger to go. What I asked for was simple. Veggie burger dressed as the man cave but minus the bacon. That's it. This girl put minus barbecue sauce so not only did I get a VEGGIE BURGER with BACON stuck to the patty which was disgusting because it had a stench and when I peeled it off, my fingers smelled like pigs and the bacon juice was all over the damn thing... But I also got it plain as hell with no sauce. I don't know what this girl was thinking because she was not swamped at all. And who the hell excuse my language puts bacon on a veggie burger? Wouldn't the person making it take a moment to think - hey this doesn't seem right. Whatever. I was highly upset. They didn't even offer to make me a new one they just put barbecue sauce on my old one. Wtf. It was nasty! But the burger itself is quality and to my surprise healthy! (Minus the toppings I chose). I think this place just opened up but server or hostess or whatever she was seemed flustered. Even though she was nice and stuff. The management team was not very apologetic either. Whatever! Wouldn't return anyway. Ps happy with the condiments in the bag but I think that's standard. <br/>
