My first time at this restaurant view was amazing over looking the Falls. The food was very good. The steak was cooked perfect to my liking 👍 the sides are at an extra cost around $15 i ordered fully loaded mashed potatoe was so delicious. The waitress Kim was very friendly. Overall great experience.

Disappointing for the cost. You can get a much better bang for your buck at surrounding restaurants. We started with the calamari, it seemed as though you were playing the lottery while eating it some pieces were juicy and delicious and some really missed the mark and were hard and chewy. When we finally were able to speak with our server about how inconsistent it had been we had finished the majority (we were famished) and he made a comment about how we had eaten most of it and generally ignored the complaint all together without trying to make our experience any better. We then moved to our two entrees a us prime steak which was delicious and a bolognese which was about average and nothing to call home about. Our server Michael seemed to be engaged at the beginning of our dining experience but seemed to lose interest in our table. As the restaurant became busier it seemed that Michael was the only server and that he was splitting his focus between maybe around 7-8 tables which is not what I would expect for such an upscale restaurant. The menu was also quite obscure as sides were not included with the steak or any other entree and had to be purchased separately for a minimum of 15$ (15$ for French fries). Overall we were looking to have an upscale dinner for our vacation and prime steak house seemed like a good option as we were staying in the hotel it was located in but the service and food felt like something that may have come out of somewhere like the keg and not somewhere as upscale as where we were eating. Would have been 3 or 4 stars if something had been done about the calamari or it it even seemed like they cared about our dining experience.

Spectacular view of the American Falls and the Horse Shoe. Ambience is magnificent although deco is old. Service is outstanding! Nevertheless, the steak is tasteless compared to Ruth Chris or The Keg.

Dining on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza. Pleasant setting and worth the view alone. Dining experience was remarkable. This place ranks up there in quality with some of the big name steak houses. If you're in the falls area, book a table and be surprisingly impressed.

The star rating is not a five because we were welcomed with dirty glasses for water which also had particles in it. And the salmon in the “Everything” Crusted Atlantic Salmon was so basic in taste, despite the lovely presentation. Everything else got a good review from the persons who had them. The Rack of Lamb was sooooo good. Swimming and smoking up the red onion agrodolce grainy mustard jus. The lobster in the Surf and Turf was not the greatest I’ve had but the juice from the filet mixed with the lobster ‘americano’ sauce was tasty enough to go on. The ravioli was super bland but the fillet sure made up for it as that was nicely cooked. The Mac n Cheese lobster was very different with truffle oil. The Linguinj Carbonara was ok too. Pricey spot but the beautiful view of the Niagara Falls and the red bearded waiter’s manners and patience with the group was worth it.

Next level steak. I’ve been to many steakhouses and at the end of the day, nothing beat The Keg for me, yes a franchise. Until I tried Prime Steakhouse, I really wish they had it back home. It’s very pricey but well worth the money. Also, my waitress was amazing. Great energy, full of smiles :)

My family and I came here last minute with no reservations and were so glad we did. My small children enjoyed the kids pasta and the gummy worm dessert. My husband and I had the pork belly appetizer and shared the ribeye steak with a side of Mac and cheese. We thought the steak was delicious and it came out perfectly medium well. We paired it with a nice red wine. The whole meal and the view was definitely a night to remember. We’d come back next time if we ever travel to Niagara Falls again.

Falls view is nice. The disappointing part is their glass and culinary is dirty. Changed to another pair but they are all the same. Some food stick on forks. Food: Steak is well cooked but Appetizer shrimp is not that fresh (like frozen one). Service is ok. All side dishes and sauce are extra.

We came here for our Anniversary dinner. The service was excellent and the food was superb. Every table has a beautiful view of the falls as well. Our server was highly knowledgeable with various types of wine so we ordered a bottle of the Jackson Triggs ice wine and it was the best we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this for a fine dining experience!

The view was great. The waitress was very pleasant. The hostess was not accommodating we called and made reservations and requested a booth. We were told on the phone tables are first come first serve no problem. We get to the restaurant the booths are all empty yet the hostess refused to seat us at one, stating they had all been reserved already. We questioned why we couldn’t have one as we requested when re reserved no response. Our food arrived I ordered medium rare steak it showed up closer to blue rare. The mashed potato’s were cold and hard. We sent them back they refired. Came back better no offer to remove from bill, no offer to reduce the bill. Not once during the 3 hours we were there for dinner did someone get seated at the booth we requested directly beside the table they seated us at, no did anyone get seated at any booth. I will never come back here and will tell everyone what a poor experience we had and were made to feel like second class customers while paying a $250 dollar meal.
