People usually share the bad experience, However this place has a great customer experience a bit of a young aged workers in the evening however still doing a great job, special recognition to the 2 headscarved ladies who Make and Take the orders so precisely and Justin, lol great guy. Good Job guys, makes me want to visit only this location.

The place is very nice. However I hope that the staff would be properly trained more. I purchased a take home timbits but i remember i received a gift card but didn't know how much was in it. My plan was to pay cash but wanted to ask how much was in my gift card. The staff immediately took the card, and used the card as my payment. He did not understand what i said. I can understand if i was wearing a mask so he would have excuse to not able to get what i said. When i asked how much was in my card he said here is your balance, your purchased is paid. I specifi ally said i was going to pay cash but just want to check my balance in the card. Please make sure customer service is a must even if there's a line up(which there wasn't when he was serving me), make sure to pay attention to what customer said. I work at a retail store and I deal with a lot of customers everyday.
I love that they employee younger people here. Gives them an opportunity to work and grow.
A small Tim Hortons shop in the neighborhood of Stoneheaven. Though it is quite small, the seats are enough as most people buys take out or drive through. There is a cozy correct with fireplace and sofa seat where we love to seat.
Enjoyed this Tim Hortons, First visit, staff were great, not a lot of seating inside but enough, as per all Timmies Free wi-fi. Of course the coffee was great.

This Tim's is One of My favs, JUST for the Team members! Staff is Fabulous, Courteous, they remember regular customers orders all while keeping up Positive Energy and I ALWAYS leave this place feeling a little more uplifted because they Really take the time to get to know you....a Must Stop!

Honestly best tims I've been to in a while, everything from my wrap to my donut was fresh, the girl who made my wrap absolutely killed it, I got lucky enough to get there for fresh donuts. Very happy I made a stop here. Staff is awesome
