Was there before and was great, was there last night totally opposite. To bad they have NO Consistancy in their food orders. We had two teen burgers fries, poutine. ... $39.00 ! Way too much mayonnaise. Food quality poor. The team was not focused on anything.
Won't be coming back, so many other Hamburg places to choose.

After getting my order wrong twice, they washed off the mustard and KETCHUP which i’m allergic to instead of making a new one. Fairly disgusting and lazy.

At the moment you step in this place the stuff gives you a great feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a lovely restaurant to to go out with friends or with your date. Excellent meals, talented chief cook and stuff, comfortable pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

A&w is a great place to grab a quick bite. I love the taste of their burgers, the only thing that I find is that their fries a little on the small side, but other than that the food is great. What can I tell you, their root beer is also very good. Price wise, they are in line with their competition oh, so you get a decent meal for what you pay for

I was there this morning around 10:45 am, I was waiting for someone to take my order. I guess there are 3 people inside the kitchen. I was not served or greeted right away when one of them came out .
When I was doing my survey, one of the ladies came out and asked if I gave smiles, she even leaned forward and checked.
After I took my order, I asked for some ketchup, it was not handed to me, it was thrown into my tray.
What a nice surprise :(

This food-joint does it well for when it comes to preparing savory, hot burgers to enjoy. However, I would say that the overall hygiene is absolutely horrendous. I've seen workers use their bare hands to touch patties and vegetables, which from a customer is clearly unacceptable. Please consider teaching your employees to use gloves upon preparation of food in your restaurant so as to avoid any food contamination. Bacteria is everywhere, and although much of it is harmless and can be eliminated by the average human body, there are many cases where bad bacteria have been transferred onto foods that have been consumed which may cause illness. Thanks.
