Review Com Pho Asia - Newmarket

I used to love Pho prior to becoming Vegan. I read a review that said Com Pho Asia had an option for Vegan Pho and I was very excited to try it. I ordered it right away for lunch. Tofu and vegetable pho in vegetable broth. I was very impressed. It definitely satisfied my craving for Pho. The flavour was great and I loved the tofu. I have never had any of the non vegan options but this pho was very flavorful and I would definitely recommend this for anyone.

I was taken aback by the cost of extra hot sauce. $1.50 for a small container is a bit steep. On a brighter note, I thoroughly enjoy their food. So far I have only tried their dish with fat noodles - several times! If you are not a hot sauce lover, I recommend this restaurant. As I love hot sauce, Com Pho, any chance you could drop your price for extra hot sauce to 25 cents?🙏🏽

This is not our first time here. We’ve been here many times. Service was never that great but today my family and I were very uncomfortable. We didn’t feel welcomed the min we walked in. _ the server was telling us to put away our belongings ( phone, keys, wallets). She didn’t want it on the table because of germs. _ no water until we asked for it. We came in as 5 people. She brought 1 cup out… _ she had asked my grandma to take her empty bowl away with so much attitude, my grandma didn’t understand that’s why she didn’t answer. So so dissatisfied, now I understand why no one goes there and only do take out. If you can’t provide a decent service, don’t work in this industry. We go out as customers to have a good time. We don’t mind spending our hard earned money on a place that deserves it. I won’t be returning after this.

I have ate at this place once in the past and was quite content with the food. They serve many different options of Vietnamese food and drinks. They atmosphere is nice and welcoming and service is not bad as well. Conveniently located beside the Western Product Plaza (Natures Emporium), which has a good selection of shops and restaurants as well

I've been to hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants. This is one of the better ones. As a benchmark, I often order the broken rice with pork chop dish and a vermicelli. Both meals were phenomenal. In fact, I ordered it again a couple of days later!! Kudos to Com Pho Asia.

1) Ordered here through Uber Eats and the restaurant missed a bowl of pho in my online order 2) The pho they did remember to prepare was sloppy and scarce on all ingredients. I know shrinkflation is a thing but it was ridiculous. Stay away from ordering here, if you are looking for value, quality and consistency, there are other pho restaurants in Newmarket that soar above this terrible restaurant

I went here tonight instead of my usual Pho restaurant (Pho Saigon) because they ripped me off last week and short changed my order massively. I had to place my order in restaurant because their phone had been cut off. This means there were no other orders being prepared. No one was sitting in to eat either! Guess I didn’t tip enough! What a huge disappointment! These people do not know what pho is or tastes like! What it ordered was a Large and XL number 27. What we got was what looked like sliced pot roast and possibly 1 beef ball cut into thirds. The only difference was the XL had more noodles and broth. The soup tasted like the beef roast. It was gross! All this for for just over $30! Save your money! Go anywhere else!

Great tasting food, quality is also not bad. Came here on a late night before new years eve. Even though it was quiet, they greeted us well and served us with good food. We added additional stuff to our out of ordinary order and they accommodated with no issue. I recommend this place for a quick pho stop if you are craving it.

Mr. M.M. I believe most business owners have theirs businesses to run. Mind your own business and keep your mouth shut. There should be an agreement between employers and workers. If workers don't agree to the terms and conditions. Employers have no rights to force anybody to work. Tipping is your choice. No one ask you to tip. I like to go to a friendly restaurant and have quality food. It doesn't matter whose I tip. I will Still TIP the owner if I like the service. Com pho Asia is a friendly and cozy restaurant, cheap and fresh. I like to dine in almost every Saturday. I would recommend it.

Servers don't get tips!. A few of my friends use to work here and they told me that the owner keeps all the tips and doesn't distribute the money among the workers. This is completely unfair and the owner is pretty much stealing money their employees have worked for! It's understandable if the owner shares the tips among their workers and themselves, but keeping all the tips is just wrong. Be careful not to over tip.

Food is very good and service is quick. It was actually recommended to me by some Vietnamese friends, as I didn't want to go into Markham for decent Vietnamese. The place is usually busy, which is another good sign. Their take out service is quick too. Definitely recommend this place!

Great food. My family and I love this place. You can go to Mandarine and pay $30 a person or come here and pay half and the portions are awesome and the food is outstanding.

Com Pho Asia a Must. It started back 2 years ago....when I was looking for a Vietnamese restaurant in the area. I was recommended to Com Pho Asia by a friend. Clean, friendly and efficient service. Food is fantastic - portions are generous! I have brought family, friends and colleagues. Fantastic value for your $$.
