Absolutely a 5, great breakfast prices and awesome eggs benny. A lot of regulars go here which tells you its a great place to eat. Prices are extremely good and affordable for breakfast. Owners are amazing and will talk to everyone. Enjoy the free wi-fi.

Friendly, cozy and great price for the food and personal service. Breakfast is served quickly and the coffee is hot and fresh. The place has a cozy and warm ambience as well as a personal touch with the service. Great value for your money, highly recommended!

Sorry to disagree, service was slow, meal was not worth the money, and greeting and atmosphere was not at all friendly. I read it was considered the best coffee/breakfast spot in Newmarket, please try Bagelworld, it is a far better choice, the price and portion and quality of food and the service

Chatters has a nice quiet atmosphere with a slight European flair. I like that the food portions are smaller than most places and the lower prices match the volume. The coffee has a nice robust flavour. They also have many very healthy options.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Attended an evening event with musicians and special menu. Need to return when in the area during normal business hours. Breakfast price look like a great deal!! Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Sandwich was ok, nothing were I would say Wow. However, ... when I was asked if I want Whole wheat or white I picked whole wheat....when my sandwich arrived it was not a baguette.
