Review Nando's Peri-peri - New Westminster

Our family only has done takeout at this location several times, not one issue to date. We usually order either the Family platter or Jumbo chicken platter...few pics are attached. Parking - plenty Staff - attentive and wonderful Food quality - always has been great Portions - decent for chicken...as per sides, don't really like having to pay a fee for the rice to family portion. The one the platters come with is not enough for a family.

Love the variety and texture of food. Great customer service and atmosphere (unique decorations). Will be going back in the future.

Came in with my son, ordered a 2 kebab meal with two sides. It came quickly but shortly after receiving our food we noticed there was hair in it. They quickly made a new one only for it to have another hair in the food. No manager came to rectify the situation or make our experience any better. Also when we ordered our drinks we were not told they only had 3 options of pop flavours which my son was not into any of them and just wanted ice tea. I am extremely upset with the service and quality of food we received. I will not be returning to this establishment and will share my experience with my friends and family.

We ordered take out on their website to be picked up at 615pm. We went in to pick up the order. The order was sitting on the counter with our name on it and the cashier handed it to us. We ordered a whole chicken (lemon & herb) with 2 regular sides of peri wedges. When we got home, my husband read the note on the receipt and it said "we don't have wedges so we put in fries. Sorry! Enjoy :)". The fries were so salty!! The restaurant didn't even call to say they didn't have wedges, so what did we want instead? Nope, no call...they didn't even say anything when we picked up the order. We don't like their regular fries. If they called to let us know, maybe we wanted the mashed potatoes or corn instead?? The whole chicken had an extra wing and missing a thigh! Was this a utility chicken? I thought when you order a whole chicken, you are supposed to get a whole chicken?? Does a chicken have 3 wings and 1 thigh?

Me and my husband ordered a Share Platter that comes with a Whole Chicken. It’s been 3 days and we have been severely ill with food poisoning since…(stomach pains and vomiting) I don’t think they follow proper sanitation/health & safety. The chicken had a slight odor to it, I regret consuming it so much!!! Be careful here, there have been complaints to Fraser Health with this restaurant in the past for related incidents.

Amazing. Refillable multi choice pop like in movie theatres ROCKS. The downloadable pdf with all menu items and their respective carbs makes it perfect for people on low carb diet and such. Amazing place.

Waited for 40mins while it wasn't busy and the chicken arrived over cooked and burnt, and one of the hockey leg is missing the skin !<br/><br/>Extremely upset for the poor quality food !

Just had a take out order today in New Westminster Nando's. We order a whole chicken,however, it is burned and very bitter. So disappointed..

ordered a take out from nando's and well overall the food is definitely great in nando's but at the same time because it's a franchise I have always have a high expectation on every food they offer. at the same time i expect the bill that came out/portion will be smaller. which is true in both cases. the chicken was good, love the seasoning, and the portion is a bit small for my huge appetite, so then, overall it's what it's great place to get your nando's.

I know the difference between Charbroiled and Charcoal now. Normally a good experience but today they got it wrong. Should know how to cook chicken but someone asleep at the wheel and it shouldn't have come out of the kitchen.

Full of kidz. My wife and I had dinner here last week and couldn't have been more bored. She had the chicken chop and I had breast plate. Both were tender and well done and cheap but very ordinary.would recommend for a night with spouse where there is no food at home as the price is OK
