I am changing my review written 5 months ago when I had given 5 stars for the service and food quality. This time, we ordered mighty bucket three weeks ago (8 -8:30pm) oh my god!! What a disaster!! If I had an option to give a negative star, I would give that. The fried pieces of chicken barely had batter on it. It tasted so oily and old. The chicken was not juicy at all, it was soo dry and tough! It looked like all the pieces were reheated again and again. I don’t know why they would serve food with cheap quality! I stopped buying from them! “Written 5 months ago: Fast and reliable service! Hot and tasty food. Had bought original chicken pieces and burgers twice from this location. Never disappointed. Keep it up KFC! Thanks!”

Big Crunch was dry, tough, cold, bun was soggy. Clearly made quite some time before served. Did not eat it threw it out.

The drive through attendant was great but the food was a big disappointment. Slimy lettuce with zero crunch, a small portion of soggy fries and the worst pasta salad available from any restaurant. I paid over $16 for this double big crunch box. I'm a big fan of KFC but New Minas is nearly always a disappointment. I don't think I'll be back after this.

Regularly go here for a boneless box. Today I received approximately 6 pieces of popcorn chicken with my order. May aswell have had none, hopefully I don't have to leave another review explaining this again...

Went to KFC in New Minas tonight and after waiting a half hour for our food it was given to the wrong couple who had to come back, and exchange their food for the right one. Then they had the AUDACITY to bring us the food the other customer brought back as we watched them do so, gross as anything because they would have had to root through to figure out it wasn’t theirs. Needless to say this isn’t up to health code let alone during COVID, so we went in for a refund & to have our food redone for wasting our time. They refused to remake our food for us in exchange for their mistake, and didn’t even give us a full refund after taking the food back. What is this nonsense? When we asked for it to be dealt with while we were there, they refused, saying we would have to speak to the store manager the next day, making my time wasted even longer. We spent an hour & a half getting no food, and lost money by the end of it.
