To be honest, I was surprised at how good the burger tasted this time. I will go back again today to make sure it wasn't a fluke.
Last I don't know how many times over the last couple years their food was well below standard. They also seem understaffed and overwhelmed from my short interactions the
Poor poor customer service. The girl in the front counter not even trying to listen and I asked for 1 minutes to think about the order she showed high level of attitude. Not given any respect to the customer.totally disappointed

First off got the order wrong, second they did not know the prices of food, and when informed that they overcharged based on the giant signs all over the restaurant 3 staff grouped up and rudely argued at me. They don't know what " mix and match" means and badly need training on customer service. Ho
It tastes better than it looks.
I received bad service through the drive thru. This is the about the third time in a row where my order has been wrong. Staff needs to pay attention to what they are doing.
As you would expect... Whopper meal was better than most because of lettuce and tomato on the burger, okay fries and drink but they didn't ask me for ketchup! Covid 19 lockdown clean and social distancing practiced.... but alas, no ketchup.

So i just ordered fries and a cone. Took me at least 10 mins to get my fries. What a shame!
