Review Sushi Fang - New Minas

Cute local place. Ample parking and easy to find. Food was okay, and service was mediocre considering we were the only ones in the joint. I was not impressed when a $10.00 tip was added to our bill when we paid. I only noticed because I asked for a receipt, and I noticed the tip option was skipped. When I asked, the cashier/owner said he had already added $10. Super annoyed, I didn't argue as I try to support local business, especially during these difficult times. Check your receipt when you come here. I won't be coming back. It's memorable but for the wrong reason.

Nice people but unfortunately the food just seemed as tho I could of done a better job at home. From the taste to the presentation it was lacking. With a very small menu you would hope it could of been perfected. The spicy salmon rolls where just salmon rolls with a drop of sriracha on each. The dynamite rolls where more like cherry bomb rolls Without a flavour explosion. Now I understand there’s different ways of doing things but this way is not like any style I’ve had and won’t be having again.

Definitely the freshest, best quality sushi in the valley! This is how it's supposed to taste :) You won't find short cuts on the ingredients here. All of their dishes I have tried have obviously been prepared with care. They also add garnish which is always a nice touch. I have also had their dumplings many times as well as their udon soup and they are both just as wonderful as the sushi. (Pictures of takeout)

Tiny & clean restaurant with authentic, fresh and flavourful sushi! The best wasabi I've ever had. Family friendly and lovely service.

Absolutely the best sushi spot in the valley. I love this little restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. The owners are fabulous. The are soft spoken, polite, and attentive. They are also two of the hardest working folks I know of. They are always here, I haven't seen either one of them not present. The food is always fresh and delicious. This is a great spot for a quiet meal and conversation.

Very quiet and relaxed setting. Arguably the best sushi in the Annapolis valley. Always a great visit here and they're open mondays opposed to their local competition. This is authentic sushi, very fresh. A must try. The menu is small and efficient.

Most cutest and wholesome sushi place I've ever been to. They were very nice when taking me and my family's orders and took the time to ensure we know what to expect from the order (spice level, with/without ginger or wasabi). The food was good and worth its price. The dining area was very clean and calming which contributed to the wholesome mood of the place. We almost missed it on our first time on the way there because the place is hidden downhill and to the side of the building, and doesn't have a sign for it near the sidewalk, but I'm very happy this was my family's first experience dining out at the valley. = ) I'm excited to order from here again.
