I ate here for lunch on Saturday, and I had probably the BEST curry I have ever had. I had the pork with fried rice which on it's face is nothing out of the ordinary, but what put it over the top for me was the level of heat. I asked for it hot, and after the waitress checked twice with me how hot I wanted it(level 1-5 she said...I chose 5). The cook did not disappoint. It's hard to find good heat in this province, but this place delivered. The cook came out and checked to see how I liked the meal, and I gave her my appreciation. I told her it was hotter than anything I have had in Halifax. She really liked that I enjoyed the meal and said they don't get many requests for that level of heat. I can see why because it would ruin the average persons day. My wife tried it(I advised her not to) and she said it hurt her eyes. Haha. Anyway, this place is a winner, and I'd definitely go back. I recommend any of my local facebook friends who enjoy some good heat to take a trip to New Glasgow to try this place.

I must say this is probably one of best Chinese food restaurants I've ever eaten at! I've seen negative posts but decided to try it and see for myself. We ordered takeout a week ago and it was so good we went in to the restaurant to have the buffet dinner. It wasn't greasy, it tasted fresh and the staff and service were excellent! People need to start supporting the local independent business in and around where they live!! Get off social media and get out and try things for yourself! P.s. Most independent businesses will do whatever they can to make the customer happy, so instead of writing a bad review, talk to the managers,owners and provide feedback/suggestions! #newglasgow #pictouproud #shoplocal #supportlocal

Some dam tasty egg rolls and the thai curry is delicious if you like something with a little spice. Don’t forget to tip your amazing waitresses

Service was excellent we use the outside patio which was well-constructed we had Pad Thai which was delicious five stars in my book

Love the Dragon Bowl! My friends and I are going every Saturday for lunch. You get good food and the service is great. I am not sure why people write negative comments on here because the way I see it...for what you pay you get more than enough food and it's good. We enjoyed every meal so far.
