We've eaten at Baba's the last 2 times we were in Nelson and were not disappointed. I had the Chicken Mulligatawny soup and Ed had a couple of freshly made samosas. Both dishes were very tasty and the service was fast and friendly.

I’ve probably had 25+ dishes of palak paneer on multiple continents, and Baba’s has officially earned my #1 spot. It was INCREDIBLE! Anj, the owner, was so polite and friendly. I will be back here on my next visit to Nelson. Do yourself a favour and try the palak paneer 👌

Small portions. I like calling it itty-bitty dishes so you have to order many dishes to eat good. Some dishes not even enough for kids The lady working there is very friendly. Butter chicken is below average. Fish and prawn curry is good Chicken biryani is ok Prices are high because of the tiny dish

Meals are plated beautifully and my daughter really enjoyed the smiley face on her butter chicken kiddies meal. All in all, one of the best Indian-food restaurants I’ve visited.

Went for lunch on the 29th of Jan. Was served tandoori chicken that had gone off and was rancid.
