Friendly staff and mobile drive up service. Just pull in, order on the McD App, and 12.3 minutes later the food arrives. Convenient!
Food was quick, accurate and hot. Nice atmosphere. Still a touch of old school.
6/10 times you'll get a good representation of what you ordered. The rest, will be made with little to no effort. This McDonald's can also be slow at times usually in the evening. Morning crew is usually great.

Unfortunately they were out of Chicken nuggets but they made up for it by giving me extra big mac sauce and a ton of pickles, the fries were fresh and hot I only wish I got the workers names as they were absolutely amazing. Note this was about 10 minutes ago.
get coffee grins in every coffie...ask for 2 suger..get coffee no usher even put in the coffee...alway have to look at order before leaving McD's...never get orders right...make you drive back to the store because they forgot something in the order
Absolutely horrendous experience.
No one at the cash to take orders. EXTREMELY long wait times. Delete orders without serving. Not serving the right things. If I was the owner I'd be seriously ashamed.
Honestly, they have the hottest MacDonald's food I have ever eaten, the least amount of screw-ups, and the freshest items because they are so busy (right off of the HWY 401). We sometimes go to Napanee instead of Kingston just for this reason.
