The most terrible excuse for chicken I’ve had in a long time, the manager told me it was perfect. Swiss chalet should pull this location.
We ordered take out. When we got home, realized we were missing the ribs. We called, they were very apologetic and replaced with a full meal instead of just the ribs. Excellent customer service!

Stopped off in at the Napanee Swiss Chalet last week, when driving back from Toronto. I received fabulous drive through service- the food was hot and delicious. It's always a delight to get great service at a restaurant.
