Our food was hot and well prepared. They don't skimp on lettuce, tomato, onion or sauce. Very flavorful Whoppers. Wait time was short and staff polite and friendly. The exterior needs attention and work. The drive through roadway looks like something out of a war zone. The walls need pressure wash

We order a spicy chicken burger with extra sauce , extra onions and no lettuce, a veggie burger and vanilla shake.

We Ordered chicken fries and fish burger with nuggets. Chicken fingers and nuggets were awesome . The fish burger was horrible.
It was slimy and soggy and had the most horrid smell.
Restaurant staff unhelpful, never assist upon arrival. Always rude to skip drivers. Ignore as they are working for them. Especially girl working at front counter. Need some professional training for better customer service. Would rate even low if i could.
Tried ordering through multiple order apps and they declined every attempt then shut down the restaurant. I tried calling to ask if they'd open up for orders but the Indians declined my call repeatedly. Just wanted an easy lazy Sunday meal but as long as Indians run the show, it's bound for failure.
Refused coupons, never have I have a fast food chain fight so hard to not want customers. This is not the first time I have run into issues at this restaurant. Every other fast food chain I have been to in Nanaimo has allowed more than one coupon - SO since they do no want my service I will not
The food has not been good from this location for awhile now. It's not made with any care. Just thrown together and almost always wrong. The wait was unacceptable, 25 min when only 1 person was in front of me. They seem to ignore the customers for the drive threw. The restaurant is dingy and dirty.

Wait times can sometimes be a bit long but isent that at all fast food joints?
