Getting the proper smiles and service in places anymore is somewhat hard and even worse when the person is not being genuine in their interaction with you. But not at the Tim Hortons on Rock City Plaza in Nanaimo.

Fast, fast, fast. This location is usually busy, but it's fast and effective in keeping things flowing. Very happy with the service and food/drink.
I go to Tim Hortons to buy my clients a box of Donuts and box of Muffins. They are always Assorted and made fresh daily. Very rarely do they not have an assortment of products available. I hand deliver my gift to my repeat clients as a token of my appreciation for their business. Its always a Win
My son and I love their farmers breakfast wrap. We're also big on their muffins, the dark roast with a shot of espresso isn't too shabby either🙂

I have been enjoying my time in the north end of Nanaimo and hitting up all the business's. .The 1 place I visit regularly is this Tim Hortons for the plain fact that I get very good treatment here the staff are very professional and personaly I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
