The staff required more training. We placed a big order....had to repeat it many times for the cashier. Then the cashier forgot to give us the recipe of the order and we didn't know what number we had. They called the number many times; then we realized that is for us by then food got cold.
All I ordered was a Mcnugget Happy Meal for my son. We waited over 20 minutes while people came in, ordered, were served, and left. The drivethrough seemed to be the priority. I finally asked what was going on, and watched my order get out together in under a minute. The manager seemed angry and sta
my order was given to the other customer then the customer return it because it wasnt his order and staff gave it to me. Ask for a new one but the staff said it's a new one which is not true. please avoid this place. very disorganized staff.
I keep coming back to this location hoping to get a good experience but everytime I get great customer service (which is awesome) but the food is usually cold, old and stale and not correct!

Quick service but washrooms were locked. The staff was kind enough to open it but not sure as to why they have to keep it locked.
I ordered a quarter pounder with chesse, the pattie was dry and old. The slowest mcdonalds in the island.
with mobile orders and drive through this location ignores the customers at the til. I guess they assume you will do it yourself at the kiosk
